Easy stroll to the beach from this beautiful new construction (2019) with ocean views from the wrap around deck. Located in Emerald Beach, you will be in the perfect location for your vacation. Tall ceilings with beautiful crown molding through out the entire house and three large bedrooms offer comfort for all your guests. The master has a King bed with large walk in closet and custom tiled shower. The living room and bedrooms all have vaulted ceilings with crown molding, recessed lighting, and remote controlled fans. Rich luxury vinyl plank floors flow throughout the home and are the perfect compliment for the fully stocked custom kitchen.

A fully paved driveway allows you to bring your ATV/UTV down and park it under the house no problems or you can rent our golf cart!

Highlights of the home:

You will arrive to beds made and towels in all of the cabinets for use during your stay. This home has all the amenities to make a great vacation.

- 4K smart TV's and satellite in every room and tiki bar

- Fully equipped kitchen for max guests – cookware and cooking utensils, baking dishes, mixing bowls, electric mixer, knives and cutting boards, prep board, silverware, plastic and regular dishes and glasses, coffee mugs, wine glasses, margarita glasses, coffee pot with filter, toaster, waffle maker, and blender.

- Linens included: 1 towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths,
- Extras Provided: Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per stay, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry detergent for linens.

Beautiful house close to beach

Really lovely house. Had everything we needed for our stay. Really like the layout with the master separated from the other two bedrooms. Really comfortable beds. Great outdoor space.

Great house and location

Great house and location. Very close to the beach and restaurants. House is very clean and prefect for our family of five but could have slept 5 more comfortably. The golf cart was a big hit and the best part of Crystal beach. Family friendly beach as well. We'll definitely stay again.

Very nice

It was a great vacation! The cabin was very clean and nice. Comfortable beds and roomy inside. Loved the kitchen. A plus having the use of a golf cart for small fee for back and forth to the beach!

Cute Beach House Getaway

Nice home very clean and well maintained able to access beach via Golf Cart in 2-3 minutes. Tiki bar was an adult hit and the outdoor deck was perfect, I need those chairs for my house now! Home had everything we needed. We all agreed we’d stay here again.

Amazing property! This house is beautiful...from decorating to appliances, kitchen stocked, bathrooms stocked, etc., etc.! Property owner was very responsive & made sure we were taken care of. We will most certainly be back!!

Great weekend!

It was a great weekend! Ali was easy to work with and available for questions. The house was very clean, a perfect fit for us and met our needs with the configuration of comfortable beds and televisions in each room. The downstairs Tiki Bar was a great place to hang out and grill! Would rent again!

Great Vacation Home!!

Everything about our stay was great. The house is beautiful and had all the bare necessities to make our vacation worry free and relaxing. So many little extras that made the stay that much more fun and enjoyable. The beach is just a block or so away...although you may not want to leave the tiki bar downstairs ;-). Perfect location.....the Big Store is 5 minutes up the road in case you forgot anything. Communication with the home owner was great and was available to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this rental!!

Sweet 16!

We were blessed enough to stay at this wonderful beach home to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. The home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We walked in to a balloon bouquet and candy wishing our daughter a “Happy Birthday!” Who does that these days? The beds were super comfy, decor on point and with the beach right down the road, it was perfect! I can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend that our family will not soon forget!

OUTSTADING!!!

PICTURES DO NOT DO THIS PLACE ANY JUSTICE. IT IS EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON. WE STAYED HERE A FULL WEEK AND LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. HAD FEW MINOR QUESTIONS WHILE WE WERE THERE AND THE OWNER, ALI PROVIDED HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER AND WAS VERY PROMPT IN RESPONDING AND GUIDING US. THE HOUSE WAS SO CLEAN YOU COULD HAVE EATEN OFF THE FLOORS AND IT WAS JUST A NICE ON THE OUTSIDE AS WELL FROM THE TOP DECK TO THE TIKI BAR WITH FLAT SCREEN TV TO THE DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER WHICH HAS HOT AND COLD WATER TO THE FISH CLEANING STATION ON THE BACK OF THE SHOWER DOWNSTAIRS. PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE, GREAT LOCATION AND NICE NEIGHBORHOOD. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AND WILL FOR SURE BE STAYING HERE AGAIN MY SELF!!

Best VRBO!

By far the best VRBO we have ever rented! You walk in and it smells brand new, furniture is nice, décor is perfect and beds are so comfortable. We went to Crystal Beach to have a social distanced break from our house and it was perfect. We cooked every meal at there (plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets), had no neighbors and felt very safe in our spot on the beach. Our favorite part was renting the golf cart from Ali, I’m not sure how we would have gotten everything down to the beach without it. The only issue we encountered was some construction in the early mornings, no fault of Ali’s and we rented during the week, so to be expected. We would hop on the golf cart and head to the beach to have our coffee there instead of the on porch, which was amazing! Also, Ali provided me with her personal cell phone number and responded immediately when I had questions. Positives: -House is modern, beautiful and CLEAN (which is very important to me) -Can rent golf cart from owner -Washer and Dryer, a huge plus at the beach -Family friendly beach, we had an easy time finding spots to ourselves -Can hear ocean in the evenings on the porch -Stocked kitchen -Owner easy to reach and responded quickly Thank you Ali for sharing your beautiful beach house with us! We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Beach House

This beach house was awesome. Everything was beautifully decorated and very luxurious. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the set up. It was so nice to have the linens and towels included in the price and not extra. The sofa bed even came with a memory foam pad, sheets, 2pillows, and a comforter, very thoughtful. The tiki bar down stairs was amazing with the TV and speakers. We used it every night. The furniture on the front porch was great also. We had breakfast outside every morning. The neighborhood is very well maintained and there was a Sheriff car on duty the entire weekend in the neighborhood. The location next to the Valero station is so convenient also. It was a quick trip to get ice or any thing we needed as well as to the beach. The owner was so accommodating and helpful. Called or texted any time we had a question. I’ve rented houses in Crystal Beach for the last five years and I must say, this was one of the best we have ever stayed in. I know it Is only May, but the house cooled so well. So many times we have stayed in houses that never cooled down and were so hot. That was not the case here. Obviously this place was a great stay for us. Anyone who rents this place will love it. Thanks for providing such a great house for us on Memorial Day Weekend.

Paradise on the Texas Coast

We try to take our four grandchildren someplace each summer to half some one on one time with them. We had looked at Crystal Beach but couldn't decide if this is where we want to go. When we found this house, it made our decision. Everything was perfect, even better than the pictures. The kids loved their rooms and the master was outstanding. The kitchen was well stocked which was important to us. Two of our grandchildren have celiac so being able to cook really good food for them was a must. It is hard to find good gluten free food for children. We almost brought some kitchen essentials from home but never got around to packing them. I'm so glad we didn't. The cookware was fine and we had everything we needed to cook with. We have rented houses in the past where we had to call the owner/manager because the knives wouldn't cut butter, and pans were terrible, not enough dishes or silverware. This was not the case with this jewel. Everything was perfect. We had so much fun we even tried to extend our stay another day or two, but the secret is out on this outstanding house and it was booked. We rented the golf cart which was a life saver with the kids. Even though it is just a short walk to the beach, it was so nice to able to drive and haul everything that we needed. The location was great as well. close to the the big store, restaurants and the surf shop. (I have been in retail for 40 years but have never been in a store with inventory like the surf shop had. Well worth the time it takes to stop) A huge shout out to Ali for all his help and for offering this amazing house. We hope to come back soon and we know exactly where we will stay. I highly recommend this home away from home.

A "Beaching" Spring Break

House was a great landing place for our friends and family during Spring Break. Everything was clean, light and airy. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach, even when walking with a toddler. The only thing I can suggest is to take your own pots and pans, cooking utensils and knives. The property only has pans sized for a family of 4 and at that, the pans, utensils and knives were WalMart quality. Not that there is anything wrong with WalMart, but if you are prepping meals for many mouths, take your own hardware!

Fun getaway at Emerald Beach!

Family vacation

Memorial Day Getaway

We had a great time at this house over a nice extended weekend. Short walk to the beach and easy beach access with vehicles. A/C kept us comfy when inside and the lighting options in the house were great for any kind of mood.

Another excellent stay

This is our 2nd time staying here, love the house super easy to get to the beach literally within walking distance although we bring our golf cart. Plenty of room for a family and even a couple of guests. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, only minor thing that came up was needing a new set of knives some had loose handles (but that’s an easy fix). We would stay again next year we have a lot of fun just living the beach life for a few days.
