Beautiful house and wonderful with 5 kings. Owner is slow to reply and not accommodating. Had to book extra day for early check-in and couldn't even get a 30 minute extension on checking out. As a Platinum renter, it was very disappointing.

Perfect house for large family!!

We had a large group of family and we really loved how it had 5 private rooms with king beds for the adults and a bunk room for children. Loved the ping pong table and the sitting area outside. Also close to everything!!

Very spacious home in a very convenient neighborhood. Plenty of room for my family of 11 to eat together, play and sleep. We especially oved the ping pong table and the foosball table.

Girl’s Getaway

Every year, a group of friends go on a mystery trip. This year, the planners decided we were going to Colorado Springs. It did not disappoint! The location was close to activities we planned, the accommodations were great and fit the description well, and the host was very responsive! Overall, everything was wonderful!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was spacious and comfortable for our family of 12, which included three generations. It’s in a great location; just a short drive to all the tourist attractions and close to stores for needed essentials. The two fridges and two laundry rooms were perfect for our large family, and there was plenty of things to keep both teens and kids entertained, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing outdoor patio area. Highly recommend for big families or groups.

The house was a good value for the area and space. Wish all the bedrooms had ceiling fans. It would also be helpful if we had a house for 14 people that it actually had 14 forks/knives/spoons/plates. There was also no place to put clothes. Each room needs a dresser or some type of clothing storage. The area was nice and close to major stores when needed.

This was a great house for a large group of people. We had 13 people and plenty of room. The property owners were very quick to respond and give direction. The only issue we had was running out of hot water for showers. A small hot water heater for that large of a house was not sufficient.

Exceeded expectations!

It was a short trip but the house was awesome!Every detail was spot on, the owners quick to respond and house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were great! The boys had a blast playing ping pong and foosball then relaxing in hot tub.I would give more stars if we could!We will be back!

Great spot for multi family get together

Great size rooms each with a king size bed and lots of spaces to unpack and be comfortable. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches for travelers. Had a small issue and very prompt response and resolution from the owner! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! We liked the layout of the house. We enjoyed the sun porch and ping pong table. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us (11). We really liked the location. It was nice to have three full baths..

Fabulous for our family!

Great place for us to stay for a wedding. 5 king bed bedrooms is hard to find. We and our adult kids loved the arcade games and the ping pong. We were able to make breakfast a couple of times and there was plenty of space for eight of us to eat at the dining table. Beds are comfortable

We have 2 young kiddos who keep us on our toes, and we love taking them on adventures. We've traveled around the world as a family and only book vacation homes - it's so much more comfortable than a hotel, especially with kids. That's what we love offering our guests. A home away from home.

We've spent countless days making sure this home is absolutely perfect. You'll find that we provide all necessities needed to make your stay is a joyful experience. Our home is a ranch style with an open kitchen, dining, and living room floor plan. On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and an open bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). This room also includes an arcade game system, Xbox one,  a very large leather couch and is the perfect place to watch your favorite Netflix series. The house also includes a cute mud room perfect for enjoying that next great book or cup of coffee and a sunroom with foosball and ping pong.
