Seawatch Resort Oceanfront 2BR Large Balcony 816ST

Welcome to our 2 BR OCEANFRONT Condo located on the 8th floor of the South Tower at Seawatch Resort.
Our condo has just been updated with new flooring, lighting, dining room furniture, granite and new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, 18” tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, and newly painted throughout. We would love to have you vacation in our home.

The master bedroom boasts a large king-sized bed with a pillow top mattress, TV with full cable lineup, private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, an oceanfront view and an entrance to the large oceanfront wrap around balcony. Adults will enjoy the large second bedroom with two queen beds (most other condos have two doubles). There is also a TV with full cable lineup located in the second bedroom. The living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed allowing the condo to sleep eight. The living room has a 65” Smart TV with full cable lineup for your enjoyment. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, plates, silverware as well as waffle maker, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, crock pot and of course a blender for the drinks by the pool! The condo also includes a washer and dryer. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
There are two rocking chairs on the balcony to enjoy rocking and enjoying your coffee with the sunrise. There are also four nice outdoor chairs along with a side table.

We provide bed linens and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels.

Seawatch amenities include seven pools (two are heated in the colder months), two lazy rivers and eleven hot tubs. There is a full activities staff through Wyndham with lots of free activities provided including water aerobics, bingo and lots more. Activities schedule is posted at the bottom of the elevator banks. Enjoy the convenience of the on-site restaurant, Captain’s Cove restaurant, which is known for their famous made-to-order omelets and waffles. Have a drink at the oceanfront poolside Tiki Bar. Captain’s Nook, proudly serves Starbucks coffee and ice-cream. In the evening, enjoy the poolside fire pit and roast marshmallows.
There is also a work-out facility in the North Tower.

Located only minutes from the Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Myrtle Beach's famed Restaurant Row and more, Sea Watch is set conveniently among Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's most popular attractions.

This is also a great resort in the winter…golf, shopping, shows, indoor pools and hot tubs to enjoy! Also, a variety of daily activities offered to kids and adults. Bingo is always a favorite!

I must receive a copy of your driver’s license and a signed one-page rental agreement prior to your stay.

No smoking in the unit or on the balcony, No pets or animals, No renter under the age of 25.

Motorcycles and Trailers will not be permitted on resort property between May 1st and August 31st.

Great Condo/Great Location

Great location, 2 bed / 2 bathroom was perfect, we also rented this owner's other condo as well and it was equally as nice. Seawatch is a nice complex with several pools and close to the beach, I would definiately stay in this condo again the next time we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful first time experience

The condo is beautifully decorated and also very comfortable with everything you need. We had 4 adults and 2 small children. Everyone had plenty of room. Mary was a very attentive host and checked on us before and during the stay. I highly recommend this condo if you are looking at staying here .

Relaxing and convenient

Weather wasn't the greatest but we did manage to get a few sunny days to hang out in the sun. Used the indoor pool just about every day. Met some very nice people as well! Would recommend this property.

Retirement Getaway

This property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. The ocean views were amazing. If we had to go to the store, everything was very close. Golfing was also a plus. Would highly recommend this unit to others.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed. The view was AMAZING and so was the resort. Mary went above and beyond to answer all my questions even before we got there She even checked on us to see if we needed anything when we arrived! WOW! We will definitely be back!

This was a good condo to rent. We had a really wonderful vacation here. Nice view of the ocean and all the amenities we needed. I purchased a small rug for the door just to keep the sand off our feet and shoes from making its way in. (We left it for others to use.) I'm glad I brought my own little travel vacuum as the one in the condo just pushed dirt around. It was pretty clean. It was very nice and convenient that there were really comfortable beach chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach. Made packing our car much easier. We used the ice machine and loved it. The space was good in all the rooms, and the kitchen was well-supplied with the things we needed. Beds were bouncy but very comfortable. The resort is a nice place, and we love that it's gated and family-friendly. This was our second stay at this resort. Good pools and fun tiki bar.Mary was a delight to rent from and I would definitely rent this nice condo again!It was a great experience!Thank you for having us!

Great week in Myrtle Beach

Beautiful condo exactly as pictured on the listing. Even though it was very cold the week we stayed we still enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean. Since none of the outdoor pools were heated in December my kids enjoyed using the one indoor pool or the hot tubs outside. My youngest loved walking on the beach finding sea shells. The owners were great to work with they checked up on us before, and during our stay to make sure everything was good and responded quickly to any questions or issues if needed. Nice resort and location was great because most things were within a 10-20min drive from the condo. The condo was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We cooked several meals in the condo and had what we needed to prepare our dinners. Would definitely rent this condo again or one of the owners other listings in the resort! Thanks also Mary for working with us letting us extend our stay last min! We had a great week at the ocean we were not ready to leave! KL From MI

A home away from home

What a great vacation!!! :) Mary's condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! It had 2 two huge bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms...perfect when you have a lot of kids getting ready to go out. The resort had so many beautiful pools and hot tubs and it never felt crowded (even in the prime of the summer!) The views of the ocean and the pool area from the balcony were just amazing!! We enjoyed watching the turtles in the lagoon below and sitting out on the balcony at night on the rocking chairs. Mary made everything SO EASY from the booking process, to check-in, to making sure that everything was exactly how it was promised. She was extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. She considers her condo her own "home away from home" and it shows! Included in the rental is two beach chairs and an umbrella set up by the beach patrol. A definite PLUS to be able to walk down to the beach and just sit and enjoy the beautiful beach. Thanks Mary for a fantastic vacation! We will be back next year!!

Nice condo

Our family of five rented this condo for a week the first week of March (kids aged 13, 11 and 8) with enough space for everyone. The photos are accurate. We appreciated the table with seating for 6. The unit is clean and updated. We had questions before booking and during our stay and the owner promptly replied. Seawatch is a nice resort and very clean. It was too cold to swim in the outdoor pools (half were open) so the indoor pool/hot tub got some use. We were also able to use the outdoor hot tubs (we had access to both North and South towers pools) The resort does put on activities for both adults and kids that we were able to access however we did notice that most came with a small additional cost (if there was a craft, you'd need to pay a supply fee for example) The wraparound porch with rocking chairs are lovely. The North Tower gets morning sun with beautiful views of the ocean. Close and easy access to the beach from the resort. Note the tiki bar is closed this time of year. Tanger Outlets, Walmart, Dollartree and Stone Cold Creamery is a short 5 minute drive up the street for essentials and non essentials alike.

A beautiful condo at Sea Watch Resort

This rental experience was one of my best ever. Everything was incredibly smooth. The pictures on the listing were incredibly accurate, and the property owner had clear and timely communication. We had stayed at Sea Watch several times before, and the resort itself is worthy of one of the best stays in Myrtle Beach. But this individual condo unit made our stay so welcoming. There are many upgrades features, and it was simple and easy to check in to our unit. Located on the 8th floor with perfect views of the ocean. I highly recommend this unit !
