This beachfront condo is on the 11th FLOOR! 1115 with 1116 as a lockout unit and amazing views the ocean from the private balcony, Located in the North Tower at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 6 people. It has modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and granite countertops. Close to House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, there are many pools at this resort and has direct access to the beach from the resort. Come see why we love this suite!

This newly remodeled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Four four-burner solid surface cooktops, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Our one-bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the 11th floor sleeps up to 6, two private bathrooms, and 3 Queen beds. The remodeled kitchen includes new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, a cutting board, a can opener, knives, a coffee maker, veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs.

From the living area, you can walk out to the HUGE balcony and view the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings! The bedroom has two beds and includes bedding and pillows. The bath has a large sink and a large garden tub.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

*Ongoing Beach Access Deck Project*
This project will be February 7th 2025 with an estimated completion date of March 28th 2025.

The North Tower outdoor pool plaster project is scheduled to begin 2nd week of February. This pool will have the coping, tile band and plaster replaced. Estimated completion date is March 8th.

The North Tower indoor pool & spa remain enclosed & open for the remainder of the winter season.
NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2025:
April 1: Heaters turn on
June 1: Heaters turn off*
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: May 1-2 (TBA)

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.
During winter months, only 2 outdoor North Tower pool deck spas are operational; 1 is closed.
This directive also applies to the South Tower Pool Deck during winter months; only 2 of the 4 outside spas are operational.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Waterproofing and carpet installation in the hallways
- Tiki Bar decking replacement - This project is nearing completion and should be completed prior to the Christmas holidays.
-Resurfacing of Pools and Spas – This project is ongoing across the resort during the winter months. However, the indoor pools and spas in both towers are open for your enjoyment.
