About this property

4th row! Refreshed and Ready! 2 min walk to Sea Pines beach! Private pool!

This property was newly listed in 2019, but I've listed other HHI properties on VRBO since 2009!!

Available weekly starting on Saturday (minimum 7 days) and please only book in weekly increments. For any other length of stay, please contact owner before booking. Weekly car passes are available for purchase at both Sea Pines entry gates.

Classic beach house and only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Sea Pines beach. Everything is on one level with rolling access from the driveway...... no steps at all.

The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped. New appliances in 2022. The large den has a 70” flat screen tv, and there are additional flat screen tvs in each bedroom.

There are 3 King bedrooms, one Twin/Twin bedroom, and also one Bunk Bed set in a kids sitting area. Two of the King bedrooms have attached full bathrooms, and the third full bathroom is accessed via the hallway. There is a full size tub and shower combo in one of the King suites.

The pool is completely enclosed in a privacy fence with a table/umbrella with seating for 4. There are additional pool side chairs and 1 lounge chair.

For your 2 minute walk to the beach, there are 4 beach chairs and a beach cart. Also, there is a small cooler. The beach items are located in the utility area just outside the kitchen door. A gas grill is also available.

We had a great week at the beach. House was spacious, clean, and had plenty of extras (gas grill, puzzles, games, cooking pots and plans, etc). House location was absolutely great. We could walk back and forth to beach with no problem.

The house was exactly as advertised! We were able to walk to the beach in about 3 minutes. The house was the exact size we needed and it had everything we needed to have an awesome week. The beach cart and side area were perfect for our wagon and chairs. We will definitely stay here again!

My favorite place

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is perfect for our family. We love the house and pool. The walk to the beach is short and very nice. The owners are wonderful and communication is great.

Annual HHI week!

Great location and house for our annual HHI week with grandparents. House was exactly as advertised. Great space for multiple adults and kids. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect for the end of the day fun while prepping dinner. Would definitely stay again. Libby was a wonderful host!

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay especially since it was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The place was clean and stocked well with all the basic amenities. We took advantage of the grill for several meals as well as the various pots and pans in the kitchen. The pool was also a great addition. We definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a great vacation!

Great place for our family!

This was the perfect house for our family! Plenty of bedrooms for the adults and the perfect place for the kids all to themselves! The house was super nice and very clean. The pool was amazing! Loved that it was fenced in so the littles didn’t wander too close! And the beach access was si easy! The beach was family friendly and not too crowded! I think we were a little spoiled!

Fantastic location!

Very clean. Tastefully decorated. Many extras such as beach buggies and pool toys. Very short walk to the beach--ideal for young children. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was screened from view and fun for the kids. Kitchen was well appointed.. Would stay again!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the beach feel of this home. The location is 4th row oceanside, with only a short walk 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool is completely enclosed in a privacy fence. The convenience of one level is something that we like. Also, it is easily accessible from either the Greenwood or Ocean gate of Sea Pines resort.

What makes this property unique

Convenience to everything Sea Pines Resort has to offer..... There are comfortable beds in roomy bedrooms plus a sitting area for the kids to hang out (with also a bunk bed). With the close proximity to the beach and private pool, this home has everything for a family to enjoy a wonderful vacation!
