Prenotazione diretta con un proprietario privato ti dà accesso alle migliori tariffe disponibili presso WorldQuest Resort. Non addebitiamo alcun costo aggiuntivo resort. Tutte le nostre tariffe sono pre-pagate, quindi nessuna sorpresa. I nostri ospiti NON hanno accesso alla piscina del resort e ai servizi del club house e quindi passiamo questo risparmio ai nostri ospiti.

Quindi, se hai bisogno di un lussuoso condominio di 1.500 metri quadrati, dotato di uno standard molto elevato come base per esplorare tutto ciò che l'area ha da offrire (e diciamocelo, non è il momento di usare una piscina quando sei solo 1 miglio da Disney) allora i nostri condomini sono giusto per te.

I nostri condomini hanno una fantastica vista sulla piscina e laghetto e il bosco naturale circostante.

Questi condomini sono stati progettati per cucinare, con rifiniture di lusso e arredi e arredi confortevoli, TV via cavo, telefonate locali gratuite, connessione internet Wi-Fi gratuito, culla gratuita e seggiolone e un parcheggio gratuito. Per il vostro pezzo di mente c'è anche una cassetta di sicurezza montato nel condominio per memorizzare i vostri oggetti di valore.

La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Forniamo un ampio rifornimento di asciugamani e lenzuola. Nice if not for unpleasant odors

Beautiful condo and nicely situated. Unfortunately, as soon as you open the door, the mildew smell is overpowering and the bedrooms are the worst. The mattress in the queen room had a strong smell of urine and it was impossible to get a full night’s sleep.I don’t normally write bad reviews but these are easy fixes that can make the condo really good.

I spent 2 weeks back in October 2017.Everything was super.Now they need to upgrade the extremely old furniture,matresses are horrible and unconfortable,master bedroom without good illumination.Bring your own soap.Kitchen was OK and well equipped.Location is great! emloyees very good.Great parking.

As expected

Spacious. Good location. We had an issue with shower drains, it was fixed first thing on the next business day. Didn’t feel the need to use the pools, had too much to do. Really enjoyed the screened in porch.

The only complaint I have is I asked for a replacement coffee carafe, as ours had broken, and it wasn’t delivered. I asked again the next morning but still never received it. Otherwise the staff was pleasant and helpful. Clean and welcoming.

I would like to see washcloths, not just towels. Also, more toilet paper. If you sent out a list of extra things that were needed, I missed it, or send out a list of things the guest needs to purchase when they arrive.

Fantastic Location

Fantastic location close market, restaurants , outlet mall and Disney World. Veery quiet lots of parking. Cons: unable to use resorts amenities, 1 roll toilet paper, no hair dry, no shampoo or body wash. We had no wash cloths. If you need a great location to stay this a great place. If you want a little more like use of pool and amenities book with World Quest reports for the same price

I’ve actually stayed at this property before it was owned by the current owners, same unit! It was comfortable and had a lot of room. Close to Disney. It could use with some updates and a little too though.

It was a GREAT value and location to our visit. The convention was taking place less than a mile from where we were and there was easy shopping and restaurants nearby. All good. Would stay here again!

Great location! Lots of room for 6 people

Unit was clean and listing on Vrbo was accurate. Location was perfect - no more then 10-15 mins to everything. Keyless entry was not working so it was replaced with lock and key. The property manager did call a day ahead of our arrival to let us know but only provided 1 key for 6 adults. Not ideal. Beautiful views from balcony where we saw alligators and turtles in lake throughout our stay. Everything was great but if I had to provide some feedback the bedding and pillows weren’t great. Would stay here again.

It was pretty good until….

Check in was easy. The only issue was the alarm on the keypad lock kept going off. We figured it was user error. It stopped eventually. The view is beautiful. Lots of tiny ants in the kitchen. The entire place needs updating but it’s fine. Easy to get to parks from the condo. Alarm was going off again the next morning so I contacted David, the owner. He said someone would come look at it. Friday night was when it went downhill. We came back at 10pm and the keypad wasn’t working. I found the number to call. The lady I talked to called the owners and they decided to call a locksmith. He came at 11:15pm and asked, “are you the owner? You pay for the job?” I said no! The owner will be paying. He said he needed payment up front. I called the lady back. She called the owner. Owner refused to pay. I was so fed up with the owner, I got pretty angry on the phone. It was almost midnight and we have 4 kids. The owner was not nice but finally agreed to pay him upfront so he could do the work. I repeatedly (and nicely) asked for a refund for that night’s stay for our trouble and he has ignored every request. The keypad was replaced with a standard lock and we had 2 keys. One was given to the people at the front desk and we forgot to leave the other one when we left. The owners charged us $250 for a lost key fee! 😡 After all that, they charged us!! VRBO confirmed I am not obligated to pay! I probably won’t get a refund for that night. But I’ll never stay here again!

Definitely recommend staying here!

David was an awesome host and I can’t wait to stay here again! This Was the perfect spot for me and my girl friends for our weekend trip. The house was super clean with not a single issue. It wasn’t the place in the pictures(was very similar) but as he mentioned they have more than one condo so just be aware of that but like I said it was very nice and clean. The view was also super pretty and the balcony had netting all around it to prevent bugs so you could chill outside on the table. This condo is in an awesome spot-10 minutes away from pretty much everything. Disney springs was right up the road as well as Walmart and any food store. Thank you again for making our stay awesome can’t wait to be back!

Close to activities, but read the fine print

We stayed at the property for several nights. The condo is a bit dated and doesn’t get much natural light, but it was a ultimately just a place to sleep while we were town. The master bedroom and bathroom have what appears to be significant water damage, both in the bathroom and the bedroom. The toilet doesn’t flush well and the shower drains very slowly. The remote for the living Room TV doesn’t work, either. We had to request check-in instructions less than 24 hours before we arrived, and no-check out instructions were provided at all. We asked to arrive two hours before stated check in time and were told it would be an additional $49, which was frustrating,, but we arrived when we arrived, so we didn’t have much choice other than to accept the charge. Communication with the property manager was neither quick nor helpful. The best thing this place has going for it is its proximity to other places. But read the fine print—you cannot take advantage of things like the pool or the gym.

Surprised, and not in a good way!

When we booked the property we assumed we were getting the one that we saw in the pictures, but it was far from it. The paint was chipped, the furniture was worn and had holes in it, we wouldn't even sit on it until we put a sheet down, the burners were not even attached to the stove, we found a broken cup in the corner of the kitchen, the refrigerator had rust on it, along with the closet next to it, our bedroom had black stuff up at towards the ceiling, hoping it wasn't black mold, and the blinds hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the table on the patio had chipped paint all over the top of it, etc. It was definitely not what we expected. Every other rental we have rented with other people we have gotten exactly what they pictured. I think to picture this nice place and then rent out one that needs a fair amount of work is poor practice on their part and very deceptive. The location was perfect to where we needed to be, but that was about it.

3 Bed Luxury Condo at WorldQuest Resort - 5 minute from Disney

The condo appeared to be kept in very good shape overall upon arrival (although we arrived very late after a long day of traveling). one of the sinks in the master bedroom was held up by 2x4's, There was visible water damage and mold at the base of the shower on the exterior wall, there was evidence of a water leak in the window in the master bedroom with visible mold growth on the window frame and baseboards. The kitchen had some kind of small bug infestation around the sink. The furnace filter and the door to the furnace filter room were not very clean. I informed the management company the day after our arrival and they asked to send out thier maintenance tech to change the furnace filter and repair the window, they changed the filter, but the window and other issues will require alot more time and attention. The response from the management was rapid and adequate, although they should have been aware of, and addressed these issues prior to my arrival. Even though these issues were present, i wouldnt hesitate to rent this condo again, provided those issues were addressed. The location of this condo is great and very close to all of the parks in the area.
