If you are interested in a comfortable stay at a great location this place is ideal. The host made the chicken and stay process carefree. The house has excellent access to the water. It is a quiet place. It is also near some of the best wineries

Great stay at lake Seneca

We had a wunderful time at this place. The location so close to the lake is amazing. We enjoyed doing yoga at the pier, playing games, preparing meals together and sitting on the terrace. It was so relaxing! What is really great - the kitchen is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything.

Family vacation

The house and lake front were perfect for our extended family. The walk to the water was easy and the dock was perfect. The open concept floor plan allowed everyone to be together for meal prep.

We all do enjoyed our stay at your lake house. The sunsets over the lake were spectacular! The beds soo comfortable. The home had everything you needed. We had so much fun!

this is a great place--three bedrooms have lake views, and the deck also looks out on the lake. Good air conditioning and a good setup for dining indoors and out on the deck. Swimming is excellent. It's close to Ventosa vineyards which offers lunches Thursday-Sunday and sunset wine tasting with live music two nights a week.

This is a fantastic place, 3 wonderful large bedrooms with lake views, plus another large bedroom with views of the woods. The kitchen is abundantly supplied with lovely fiesta ware and every kind of bowl and cooking pot. Dining can be indoors on a large wood table or outdoors at a picnic table. Both have stunning views of the lake. Kayaks and a canoe are available, but we preferred swimming off the dock, sometimes 2x a day. A fun feature is a pair of eagles that live in the neighboring trees and often come out when we are swimming. The generous hosts provide a stack of beach towels and even water shoes to navigate the shore pebbles, but we did bring own own water shoes. There are two living rooms, upstairs and downstairs which makes it a great way to have separate activities. We also enjoyed the large screen TV, walks along the shore from the house, and watching the geese, ducks, and seagulls. Just a couple miles down the lroad is the Ventosa vineyard where you can get a good lunch while enjoying views of the lake. It's the perfect place for a dream vacation.

Great Stay!

Property was perfect for a small get together with 6 friends. Close to local breweries, wineries and grocery stores. Also felt very private. Our favorite was sitting on the dock for sunset! It was a perfect view!

The kitchen was stocked very well. All the appliances you would ever need. Plenty of dishes and utensils for multiple sittings. Beautiful view of lake from main living/dining area as well as lakefront bedrooms. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property situated at end of lake road making it very private. I would stay there again!
