This property has some left over construction and repairs in the area. Beautiful unit, well maintained. Owner was helpful with booking other couples. This was our second time staying here and will be back! We love it

Great place to stay!!

This is the second time I’ve been to Barefoot Beach and it’s amazing!! The unit was clean and the air conditioner worked kept the place very cool!

Barefoot Beach condo perfect for us

Ana was very responsive to any questions and needs we had during our 12 day stay. The condo is exactly as described, and was perfect for the two of us.

A bit of Paradise

Our stay was just wonderful! The condo has everything you need, and the owners are easy to work with. The pool is never over crowded and the beach is a peaceful, great place to sit and relax. We will defiantly come visit again.

September getaway

A short getaway for my wife and I. Our second time staying at Barefoot Beach Resort. We have been very happy here. The cleanliness of our unit and the grounds was superb. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach and several great restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive.

Much nicer than a hotel

We really enjoyed our stay, you provided so many of the comforts of home - our visit there was much more than just a place to stay, it was a place to relax. The location was perfect, we were never 10-15 minutes away from anything we watned to do (except when we went into Tampa). The property was very clean and well maintained. We defnitely recommend this location.

Enjoyable Stay

The property was beautiful. So clean and homey. Everything I needed was available. Communication was excellent. Great beach. Definitely recommend having a car, not a lot of conveniences nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Great Spot!

We have been coming to Ana and Andrew's condo here in beautifull Indian Shores for the past few years. A wonderfully clean condo with all the ammenities in a fantasitc location. The owners are great to deal with and we have made many lasting friendships with other regular Barefoot Beach guests. This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. We look forward to our annual stay at Harts Paradise!

Great Communication

The place was great. More spacious than I expected. Everything was clean and Ana was amazing at answering any question we had very quickly. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beach using the resort access sidewalk which was really nice as well.

Great getaway!

This place was exactly as described on Vrbo. Very attractive, clean, comfortable, tv in living room and in bedroom. Laundry three doors down from us on same level ( we were on second floor), very convenient. Lovely pool and beautiful beach across the street. Very quiet. Friendly staff and other guests

Highly Recommended

This was hands down our best rental experience! We often talk about making the trip back down to the area just to use this place again! Very clean, accessible, and great communication with the renters! Everything is as the pictures show if not better. Looking forward to returning

Strongly recommend this condo. Quiet location with quick access to both the canal (great for fishing) & to the gulf. Close to a few bars & restaurants. Having bikes available was a huge benefit plus the host provided beach chairs and an umbrella. Full kitchen was nice but on several occasions we used the numerous gas grills that are on the property for cooking up brats, burgers & fresh fish. Host was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to coming back 😊

Just what we needed!

Our stay was just what we needed; great location, wonderful owner, friendly people, beach life to the max! The pool was wonderfully maintained and property management took care of any situation reported immediately. Check-In and Check-out were flawless. My only regret is that I didn’t reserve longer. Ana was absolutely wonderful and present for any questions we had… 100% will be back… hopefully sooner than later!

Great area to vacation.

Minor complaints, regulating water from hot to cold. Loud noise every time you turned on water. Sounds like water heater is about to fail. Condo could use updating, but we still had a decent time.

Great Spot for Families

My husband and 5 year old had a fantastic time. Check in was a breeze and we appreciated the access to the gym. The complex pool was a great hangout and the spectacular beech was right across the street, 3 min walk. Nice quiet beach for families, friendly people everywhere. Salt Rock Grill quickly became our favorite restaurant and it's right next door. They have their own fisherman who dock right in back, can get any fresher than that. We also loved watching the dolphins play in the boat wake from the deck patio. Fabulous place. Ana is super quick to respond and provided some great recommendations. So easy to work with. We will be back!

Perfect !

I can only say that my stay in this wonderful condo was almost perfect; the only thing that would have made it a "completely perfect" stay would have been to have another 5 days to enjoy in their wonderfully appointed condo! The area is perfect and the ease with which booking was accomplished was so easy! (As is getting there from TIA) I want to say "Thanks" to the Harts for allowing me to book my stay there; and I look forward to staying there again in the near future! Condo was great but Pool was dirty!

Condo was outstanding. Very disappointed on care of pool. Last 4 days of my stay pool was cloudy and dirty and water level was low. Would not use it or let my little girl in it. I can hear pump was not running. When I mentioned it at check out, the response was someone else said that but no sorry or anything. My 12th time staying there but very disappointed in the property upkeep.

We still live in NJ & are now married with three gorgeous girls, Jaklyn 16 Jamie 14 & Juliana 10. We come down as often as possible and look forward to our July & October vacations. The girls LOVE coming to the BLUE HOUSE!

Indian Shores is in the middle of everything but yet nice and quite for a relaxing vacation! You can hop in the car or take the trolley and be in Clearwater or John's Pass in minutes! This was a great investment and we love to share it with others who will appreciate the beautiful paradise that surrounds you!

I can promise you that if you book with us you will not be disappointed. I take pride in my unit and make it a point that everyone that stays with us LOVES their time here. It's clean and has all you need for your stay, just bring your suitcase!

I have a couple from Canada that rented from us March 2006 and have been back every year since then!
