El piso superior ofrece una cocina gourmet bien equipada y una barra de desayuno para una fácil cena estilo buffet. Disfruta de los hermosos atardeceres de Maui en tu amplio lanai privado.

El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el nivel inferior y cuenta con una cama King, un amplio baño privado con bañera, cabina de ducha, lavamanos doble y un vestidor. Disfrute de su propia planta baja privada, vista al mar, lanai al aire libre con sillones. El segundo dormitorio principal también se encuentra en la planta baja con una cama King y un baño completo. El piso superior cuenta con un dormitorio de invitados con una cama King Size y baño privado. El salón principal también ofrece un medio baño para uso de los huéspedes.

Esta casa adosada de dos pisos también cuenta con aire acondicionado central en todas partes, una lavadora y secadora grandes, un garaje privado, un puerto cubierto para autos en el camino de entrada para un segundo vehículo, sillas de playa y toallas de playa para usar en la playa o en la piscina de la propiedad.

La propiedad Ho'olei cuenta con una impresionante piscina con cascada, gruta, área de playa de arena para niños y dos jacuzzis para disfrutar. ¡Siéntase libre de llevar las toallas de playa provistas en su unidad a la piscina para usar! Villa was perfect. It was beautifully decorated. The lanai was perfect to enjoy the beautiful ocean view with coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset. Easy access to the beach. It was walkable, but easier with just a short car ride. The pool on the property was also very nice as well. Location was walkable to restaurants and shopping.Each bedroom was comfortable. But the bedroom with two queen beds was small for two guests and the bathroom needed an upgrade to include double sinks. Kitchen had everything except steak knives which would be a nice addition. So glad we choose to stay together in a villa and not separate hotel rooms. We really enjoyed our Maui vacation. Lots of memories.

Dream vacation

Our family gathered to celebrate my 70th birthday in the beautiful villa. The space was perfect for us all to spread out and relax. We could see whales from the balcony every day with our binoculars and sunsets were beautiful. Could not have been better in my dreams.

Beautiful Villa! Great location

We stayed here with 2 other couples. Each couple had their own bathroom. It was beautiful and very clean. Loved the location too. The pool & exercise room were really nice too. Had a wonderful time. Would stay here again

Perfect Floorplan

All the comforts of home, in a beautiful setting with a view. We loved the split floor plan with king bed rooms on separate floors. Great living room with big sofa everyone could lounge on, convenient to all of Wailea and quick trips to Kihei.

Stunning in great Wailea location

What a fabulous villa! Stunning views, comfortable, relaxing, and a beautiful! Luxurious home with fully stocked kitchen. The beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus! The property pool, fitness center, and grounds were lovely and well maintained.

Great property!

We loved everything about this property! Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any kitchen utensil that we could want. The management company was very easy to work with. The pool was every bit as good as any resort pool, and the grounds very nicely kept. We would definitely recommend!

Spectacular Property

I was impressed with the photos we saw but was truly amazed by the whole house. Everything is top notch! Decor is beautiful! Extremely clean!! Our family loved it and our time there went by very fast! Tawny the property manager was always available and very helpful.

Stunning sunsets

Exceptional property with all the comforts of a home. There was plenty of space for 5, a beautiful view of sunsets over the water from the deck, lots of kitchen wares - plus an outdoor grill. Its close proximity to restaurants and shopping was a 10-15min walk or a 3 min drive. Pool and hot tub area were fun for all ages. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! Recommended to the management a few things that needed attention. Very spacious and nice touches throughout. Management company was very responsive and great to deal with. A few upgrades/replacement of tired things (like the couch and rugs) would make this perfect.

Absolute gem in Wailea

Thanks for a wonderful stay. Your villa is so lovely and every thoughtful touch and supply was provided for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for dining and enjoying the beach and shopping. We so appreciated the beach towels and chairs and coolers to enjoy our time outdoors. The pool and fitness center were great as well as the ease of access to the beach and the Grand Wailea. We also loved how well maintained the condo was. My only complaint is I wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful experience

This property was truly amazing—peaceful, in a great location, with a stunning ocean view. The home was fully equipped with all the amenities we could have asked for, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The CB team’s quick and thorough responses ensured everything went smoothly. Everything felt natural and intuitive, making it easy for our group of six to settle in. Well done! We’re already planning to book this property again for next year’s vacation.

Relaxation in Paradise

It was a very heartfelt visit to our beloved Maui following the devasting fires on the Island. In hindsight, we are so happy that we kept all of our plans. My Partner and Dearest Friends hold close to heart so many cherished times on the Island. These trips are not only based on the beautiful surroundings, but also, and more importantly, the beautiful people. It was bittersweet arriving in Paradise for vacation, knowing that so many have suffered such devastating losses. However, coming from the hospitality industry, each of us know how important this revenue stream is to any destination. Our comrades in arms rely on tourism dollars to rebuild lives and livelihoods. In that spirit, we were welcomed and embraced. The home was immaculate, well-appointed and professionally supported by a team eager to assist with our needs. Thank you for providing us another treasured memory and we do trust that others will follow without hesitation, for all the right reasons. Such a lovely experience. Signed in gratitude...

Better than the photos!

Our family thoroughly our stay at Ho’olei. The location of this unit was perfect in upscale Wailea for walking to the beach, shops, pool & gym but thankfully up high enough for gorgeous sunset views and far from the road so was very quiet. 17-1 was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, very comfortable mattresses and linens. It has central air with zones so that we could have the pocket doors wide open and lots of ceiling fans kept things cool on hot days. The kitchen, bathrooms & laundry were very well equipped. We were so glad to find beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of big beach towels. There were even sand toys. We especially loved the large open living/dining/kitchen area that opened up to the large lanai with comfortable seating, dining, BBQ & fridge. All the furniture was very comfortable with various roomy spaces to relax for the whole family. The large swimming pool/2 hot tubs/sauna complex was never busy and we never had any trouble finding 6 lounge chairs together for our group. Every bedroom had an ensuite and there was also a powder room. Note that it is a 2 level home so there are stairs but we enjoyed that it was an end unit with lots of windows. Felicity was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to answer any questions we had. We hope to be back and would highly recommend anyone staying here!
