Discover a modern island retreat where thoughtful amenities and spacious design make for a comfortable and convenient stay. This two-story townhome features an attached garage, a private elevator, and stylish indoor and outdoor spaces.

Main Living Area:
The open-concept living room includes plush seating, a Smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the lanai with ocean views. The entertainment system offers Surround Sound, a whole-house music system, and Smart TVs in every room for streaming your favorite shows.

Gourmet Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops. A large dining table seats six, and the breakfast bar offers additional seating.

Bedrooms:
- Master Suite: King-sized bed with luxury linens, direct access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower
- Second Bedroom: Two queen beds with hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom
- Third Bedroom: King bed with a cozy sitting area and en-suite bathroom
- A queen-sized comfort sleeper provides additional sleeping space, accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably. Cribs and baby items can be arranged upon request.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy meals or morning coffee on the private lanai, complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Just steps away, you’ll find the resort-style shared pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery. Please note that guests do not have access to The Grand Wailea Hotel pools and waterfalls. However, many of our guests prefer the beautiful Tropically Landscaped Ho'olei pool that is available to our guests.

The Ho'olei Community also offers a fitness center, two outdoor spas and a sauna for your use.

Additional Features:
- Private elevator and attached garage for added convenience
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a printer/fax, and a dedicated workspace
- In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience
- Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Towels and a wagon are all provided

We had an amazing time at the Ho’olei townhome. The location in Wailea is convenient with a short walk to the beach and walking/driving distance to great shopping and restaurants. This gem of a property has amazing views of the pool area (which is beautiful) and views of the ocean in the distance. Well appointed with all of the kitchen accessories needed as well as beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas, etc. our family of 8 adults were all very comfortable and it exceeded our needs. Highly recommend!

The residence was beautifully furnished, complete with everything a family would need to enjoy their vacation. The Ho'olei Wailea is a lovely gated community and ideally situated with easy access to beaches and shops.

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful view, conveniently located nearby shops, beach, and poolThis home does not feel like a rental. It’s very clean and well maintained and superior quality built home.Rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the family room and balcony. Make a great hangout for gathering for food or fun. Absolutely gorgeous! Everything was perfectly clean, check-in process was easy, plenty of kitchen essentials, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels even a cooler and small trailer if you carry a bunch of stuff to the beach, checkout instructions were easy. The views from the porch are terrific!!!! We loved sitting out there in the morning enjoying our breakfast and again in the evening to grill out and relax. The pool and hot tubs were a great way to unwind late in the afternoon. The neighborhood was quiet and the location near the beach, restaurants, food and gift shopping made it easy to access just about anything you need. The home was perfectly decorated just like the pictures showed. We absolutely couldn't have chosen a better home for our stay!!

Amazing place to stay when you are in Maui. The condo has an amazing lay out so you can be with family and enjoy your private time. They also had some great notes printed for you and some with maps to make it easy. Loved that we could walk to the beach and shops. Our family agreed that when we come next year we want to stay int he same place!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We met family in Maui for a family vacation. This home is an excellent location for adults and children. The property is conveniently located and minutes away from multiple beaches. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the pool.

Our home is the perfect place for a getaway with all three generations of our family. We love the proximity to the beach. Our kids love being so close to the pool. My parents love the luxury of the villa and the views from the lanai. Our villa allows everyone the privacy they need, but also the ability to spend quality family time together.
