Very Best Deluxe Ocean View...Panoramic View....First Class!!

My wife and I are proud to offer the very best Deluxe Ocean View villa in all of Ho'olei for your vacation. Only the top row buildings (A-F) are classified by the Grand Wailea as Deluxe Ocean View. Our Unit is in the 'A' Building. Building 'A' sits the highest of all top row buildings and is at an elevation which is above the roof tops of the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons resort hotels. You will be able to enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean which only a few buildings in Ho'olei can offer.

Our unit also offers unparalleled privacy. We are bordered on two sides by the Wailea Blue Golf Course an expansive greenbelt. There is very little foot and auto traffic around our unit with zero noise from the main road, Wailea Alanui Dr. All of these features combine for the most peaceful and relaxing time when sitting on the lanai(s) enjoying a meal, having a glass of wine, and a spectacular sunset.

Ho'olei offers an unforgettable atmosphere filled with tropical beauty and luxurious amenities. The gate secured complex is situated across from the Grand Wailea Hotel, the heart of Maui's most sought-after properties and with their pristine beaches. Our unit's design includes a private elevator, attached garage, a covered parking space, a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and a spectacular ocean view from the lanai featuring an outdoor kitchen BBQ.

Nearby are Wailea's many amenities, including first-class restaurants, championship golf courses, tennis facilities, elite shopping opportunities, miles of white sand beaches and ocean recreation.

Our kitchen is a Chef's dream. Free high speed cable internet access, Blu-Ray player in the main living room and Master, so you can watch Netflix if you have an account. California King bed in Master, king beds in the guest bedrooms, queen and a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. Rollaway bed and packnplay(s) available upon request in addition to highchairs.

Wailea Family Vacay

My family and I spent the school’s mid-winter break in Wailea and this home was perfect for us. The location was great! It is close to many amenities. We loved the view from the lanai! My two grandsons enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. Communication with Hope was always fri, kind and helpful. I hope to return!

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and it was another perfect stay! The property is beautiful and the view is the best in the development. The house is clean, beautifully furnished, and has everything you need. We enjoyed having chairs and coolers for our beach days. Hope the Property Manager is so warm, attentive and communicates quickly. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again!

Accommodations were perfect and views were incredible. Home is equipped with everything you need and then some. Absolutely Heaven

The pictures don't even do it justice. We had a perfect stay at the Blair Household. Everything we could possibly need. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating all our meals on the fabulous balcony overlooking whales and spectacular sunsets. Don't hesitate to book for one minute. Thank you for the memories.

The perfect home away from home

The Blair’s home had everything our group of 6 adults needed from a fully stocked kitchen, laundry supplies, beach and pool items, toiletries, and the most beautiful lanai views. Games nights on the lanai or around the dining room table were some of our favorite memories of our trip. The location is right in the heart of Wailea. A short drive or walk to shopping, beaches, golf, and restaurants (highly recommend Monkeypod and their mai tai’s). The pool on the property was a highlight as well. It was very well maintained and never busy. A great place to spend an afternoon. The property manager, Hope, was wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. We have no complaints and cannot wait to visit again!

Wonderful accommodations in Wailea

This property, the amenities and the location all proved to be a fantastic foundation for a very memorable experience in Maui. Our group consisted of 3 couples and the the Blair’s home was the perfect fit for us. We’ve visited Maui multiple times, mostly staying in hotels, but this time we were looking for a space where our group could spend more time together and prepare some of our own meals. Most of our time was spent on the lanai which has picture-perfect views of the ocean which included some great whale watching. We also very much appreciated the warm welcome and responsiveness provided by Hope. We’re looking forward to a return future visit.

Amazing!

This property is amazing with the most breathtaking views and convenient location. John was so kind to let us reschedule not once but twice due to all the COVID restriction issues and Hope was so wonderful in making everything seamless. I really appreciated all the beach and pool equipment and especially loved the pool area which catered to both my 5 year old and 1 year old (with the little pebble beach built in). Beach access and shops are so close and convenient that we never left Wailea. All the amenities in the home made for a stress free stay! Highly recommend!!

Better than expectations

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Blair house. Property was immaculate, plenty of room to spread out with comfortable furniture. We were pleasantly surprised to find a generous welcome goodie package upon arrival. Between the well stocked kitchen and gorgeous lanai views, we enjoyed many meals at the unit. Property manager Hope was great at checking in, and readily available to answer questions. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a cart made our daily trips to the beach effortless. Proximity to the pool, the beach and all of the resorts without being IN the busyness was a perfect fit for our group. Great location for access to many restaurants/take out places/shops. Snorkeling at the reef right off of the closest beach was even better than the snorkeling excursion we went on. We are already talking to friends about a repeat visit 😊.

Why they chose this property

We chose our unit after our stay in Hoolei as a vacation getaway for our family. We love the location of our unit because of the views and privacy. We are the highest unit and have the very best most unobstructed view in the whole Hoolei complex. In fact the view from our ground floor bedrooms is better than the view offered from the top floor of most other units! We also love the privacy and tranquility that our home provides. Unit A is positioned in the upper corner of the complex next to the golf course. This location reduces road and people noise particularly when sitting on the lanai.
