The Condo is located on BOCA CEIGA and is a charming 1 bedroom / 1 bath 635 sq. condo. The complex has a heated pool for your enjoyment too!

The dock is perfect to fish off of with lots of larger Grouper to catch and other fish species too. You can also see dolphins, sting rays, sharks and manatees as well as many different types of beautiful birds. If you are not into fishing, you can hang out on the dock and read a book, drink cocktails with your friends, take a nap, watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee or watch the sun set while drinking a beer! If you prefer watching the sunset on the beach, no problem because that will take you a couple of minutes to walk there.

Also within a 5 minute walk you can access the grocery store, Walgreen's, SurfStyle Shop, World Gamous Sloppy Joe's and Ricky T's, The R-Bar and many other restaurants, bars and attractions.

The condo accommodates up to 4 with a brand new King Size bed and a brand new queen x sleeper sofa with 5" memory foam mattress.

Featuring an updated and clean kitchen open to the dining and living space. This 2nd floor condo is accessible by stairs only and is an end unit with lots of natural light. There is a community niche at the end of the breezeway to sit at the bar top table for a meal or drinks overlooking the dock and intracostal waterway.

Other things to do:
The Suncoast Trolley will take you to Clearwater Beach. Visit, Winter the Dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, or stop at Splash Harbour in Indian Shores for the local water park. John's Pass Village and boardwalk in Madeira Beach will offer beach shops, restaurants, boat/jet ski rentals, group fishing charters, and dolphin sightseeing excursions. SO much to do around the area.... stay 7 days or longer.

This condo is comfortably equipped for your vacation rental including several coolers three beach chairs, umbrella and wagon for your beach adventures. Also equipped with two Flat Screen Televisions, free WiFi, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer.
