Bienvenue dans notre grand condo de salon et salle Ă  manger ouvert, avec fenĂȘtres environnantes, vue sur l'eau et portes-fenĂȘtres françaises qui s'ouvrent sur votre balcon privĂ©. Cuisine, 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain complĂštes. Ventilateurs de plafond, canapĂ©s inclinables, TV Ă©cran plat 50 ", collection de DVD, WiFi haut dĂ©bit, streaming vidĂ©o et livres.

Toutes les commodités, y compris les ustensiles de cuisine, la vaisselle, les serviettes de bain, le sÚche-cheveux, les draps, le fer et la planche, etc. Laveuse et sécheuse en condo.

Ce condo est situé au calme dans un petit complexe avec seulement 11 unités directement sur la baie de Boca Ciega, à seulement quelques pas de grandes plages de sable impressionnantes. Piscine chauffée avec terrasse pour se détendre en dehors de la foule.

Very spacious and comfortable unit. The balcony was wonderful with a great view. The location was perfect for us, right in the area we like. Walking distance to groceries, great restaurants, and the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View from balcony!

Loved the location, we were able to walk to everything! The owners were amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins! We are staying again next year.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying here and once again we had a wonderful time. I love how close everything is. We never rent a car when staying here as we can just walk where we want to go. The owners are fantastic to work with as well.

Fabulous spring break!!

This is a great unit! Wonderful location with beautiful water view! We saw dolphins almost every day! Super well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store. We would definitely love to stay there again!!

Location and condo were great. Everything there that you could possibly need. Very nice sitting on the balcony watching dolphins and water activities. Would highly recommend.Only problem was that we were not told about construction at the property. The workers started late morning and worked until late evening.

Great location and communication

Place was very clean/spacious with beautiful views on the deck. Easy walk to beach/amenities without the noise level of being on the main road. Communication with our hosts were excellent and they even reached out without me messaging them when they heard a rental down the street was being too loud. Highly recommended.

Location is great

Love the location. Owners respond well. Place is very clean.The waterfront on the bay is nice. Beds, pillows and bed linen could use an update, especially the pillows. Another thing, there was no laundry soap and check out asks you to wash beach towels. It was a quiet week at the complex and we enjoyed that. A few more supplies would be a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect home away.

We love this spot. 2 bed and bath are perfect. The beach wagon, chairs and cooler was so handy. Love the deck with sunrises and dolphins. The beds were very comfy. Friendly neighbors. All the things we needed were provided, great kitchen items. Walked to many places, and the R bar has a friendly atmosphere so close! The farmers market was also handy across the street. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home, we loved everything!

Fantastic Month!!!

My husband and I spent the last two weeks of January and the first two weeks of February at this delightful condo. This has to be one of the cleanest and best-equipped properties we have ever booked, and we have booked many over the years. Everything is within walking distance and the view of the bay from the deck off of the living is just georgeous. I wanted to book it for 2024 for the same timeframe, but someone beat us to it.

Great Location

Communication was superior, we did have the refridgerator/freezer go out on us on the second day i messaged the owners and they were very concerned about the problem, they called us, got a new one the same day, they offered to pay for the spoiled food. Yes, i would definetly recomend this place. We would rent this condo again. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and looking for dolphins. It's location was great for walking to many resturants, bars, publix, and the beach. We loved it. Thank you.

Water front rental

There were 3 adults who stayed in this water front rental for a week. The rental has everything you would need to stay here. This unit is equipped with everything you would possibly need. We enjoyed this unit because we had the deck off the back looking into the water. We did spot dolphins a few times while here. Alex was very polite with us, checking on us to see if everything was ok or had any questions for him. Plenty of room for our stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone if you like a water view.

Treasure Island

We had an amazing, relaxing time at Alex and Caprice's Treasure Island condo. The place is lovely, right on the inland waterway with daily view of dolphins from the beautiful deck out the back. The condo was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. We loved the fact that it had umbrellas, coolers and chairs for our trips to the beach. We also enjoyed the quiet and privacy it provided. There is a small pool that is perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The best part of the condo is the location! There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and the beach all within minutes. We could have easily stayed for weeks! Thanks Alex and Caprice for one of our best stays yet in Florida. We look forward to coming again soon.

Everything you could possible need is within walking distance (groceries, restaurants, bars, a place to bury your toes in the sand). From your balcony you can watch the dolphins swim by, enjoy a beverage or two and the night lights off the water. Did I mention this is a RARE 2 Bedroom 2 Bath unit?!
