This is a one bedroom with 2 queens beds & a pull out sofa, top floor corner unit in the Gulf Front Building at Gulf Spray. Gulf Spray is a Unique Bohemian Style Community located at the South End of Sunset Beach with 5 Small Detached Buildings with courtyards & Gardens scattered throughout the community.

We are offering this One Bedroom apartment, Corner Unit with Amazing Direct Views of the Gulf of Mexico from your Balcony, Living Room & Kitchen. Immaculate, comfortable condo features awesome views, tile flooring, granite counters, white cabinetry, upgraded shutters & a cheerful palette throughout. The property was exactly how it was described the location was perfect easy to get to everything around and the beach was so close and beautiful would definitely stay here again and the host answered questions very promptly and was extremely nice

Our stay was perfect, the only issue was the deadbolt very hard to open, the strike needs to be re aligned. If I had time I would have brought my tools out and fixed it. Great place to stay. Perfect location…

It was clean and there was a great view of the beach. It was the perfect spot for our girls trip. The only thing that we found difficult was the deadbolt on the door was hard to open and close. It required the door to be pushed in and lifted up- I think just from age.

This property was very clean inside. Nice cold AC with window units, a little old. The host ALWAYS responded to my every need. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all. We absolutely did not like the parking situation at the venue, however. Walking though others' properties with their scooters parked on walk ways etc was bad to say the least, in an alley way without access to visual on car, and far. (My husband is disabled). There was no table except a coffee table to eat at, but that's a non issue with the rest of the place being so cute and clean. It was also very quiet, which we loved. I'd definitely book again with this host, but maybe a different property, with more accessible features for my husband.

Great view, parking was awkward but it's a nice cozy nook over-looking the beach. AC is loud in the bedroom, but the bathroom is pretty cool.

We had an excellent time! We have never used VRBO before and I was very happy. Jay has neee been to FL like I have and to impress him … it was great! The unit was clean and ready to use - everything worked properly and had no issues with anything. We are hoping to book/stay again. It was the perfect location especially for us as we get older, being so close to the beach is perfect! Thank you!

This was the second time my best friend and I stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time! This is the perfect place for a peaceful beach experience as this end of Treasure Island is not polluted with people/stores/etc. 15 second walk across the quiet street and you're on the powdery sand. The only thing not accurate is the picture of the kitchen that includes a Keurig...there is no Keurig there but just a traditional coffee pot. Luckily, others before us left coffee and filters so were able to take advantage of that kindness!
