This beautiful condo hotel room is located on 550 feet of sandy white beach in the heart of Treasure Island. Enjoy breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. This cozy beach front unit overlooks one of the resort's heated pools and provides a comfortable setting to sip your morning coffee and bask in the fabulous sunsets and ocean breezes. A perfect vacation site with many activities available or you can relax pool-side or on the beach.

The Condo has one king-size bed which is perfect for two. A small kitchenette with granite counter top, coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and basic kitchen supplies is convenient for preparation of small meals and snacks. The dining area's white wood furniture enhances the room's tropical atmosphere. The super-sized bathroom has hand rails and a raised toilet seat.

Thank you for your revirew. I agree, the beach is wide in front of the ocean in this part of Treasure Island. The plus is that there is not crowding on the beach. There is lots of free space for games and spreading your space out without stepping on the toes of others.

Back door did not lock, mattress way too soft and no hot water on last day so no shower before leaving . Does have a beautiful view and is a great area

Thank you for your review. The Bilmar is in the process of redoing the door locks. The information I provide to guests addresses the mattress situation. The mattress topper is soft; however, it can be removed and there is a firm mattress underneath. This was the only way I could solve the "too soft... to firm" problems guests have. When the booking numbers are low in the building the shower needs to run for about 15-20 minutes before the hot water circulates to the room. One boiler serves the entire building. I wish you had called me with your concerns so I could have helped during your stay.

Our trip was amazingperfect weather clean adequate accommodations. Pools and bars were great property location and amenities as well.Lots of resteraunts pubs groceries all within walking distance. Sloppy Joe's had great music every nite.Everyone helpful and friendly. Host was very responsive Thank you. Only issue was the communication as to ck in needs to be updated after the hurricane. Bring your own coffee cup!Did I mention the beautiful sunsets!We will be back...

Great Location

Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to everything! Check in and check out was a breeze. Host was great as well. Sloppy Joe’s was good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ricky T’s is right across the street too and has great food and live music! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Thank you very much for the review. The mattress softness or firmness is many times an issue. I have tried to make both options available. In my contract the mattress issue is addressed. The memory foam topper can be removed. The mattress below is firmer if that is the preference of the guest. I do request that guests replace the topper on the bed before check out.

Why they chose this property

The Bilmar Beach Resort is a land mark resort in the heart of Treasure Island. The renovations and conversion to a condo hotel have given private owners like me the opportunity to have a piece of property in this exceptional setting.

What makes this property unique

I love to sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch the resort come to life. I sip my coffee and 'people watch' ..... the walkers, bikers and runners on the mile and a half beach walk way.
