Freshly renovated Treasure Island Condo in 2025! Close to everything!

Post Hurricane Helene Update: Newly renovated 1/1 Condo is sure to please.

This is a place to relax. We are located right on the inter-coastal waterway, so you can watch the dolphins and pelicans play at sunset. The beach is three blocks away. The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running.

Our beautiful ground floor condo is located in a quiet and intimate condo building. We are proud to call it our second home. We have stocked our condo with all of the amenities you'll need on your vacation. The grocery store on the island is just down the street. The park located across the street hosts a Friday morning farmers market.

If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Just leave your car in the designated parking spot and walk to EVERYTHING!

Great place with only a two block walk to the beach with a bay out the back door. Completely updated and like new inside. Quiet and away from the main street thru town. Publix, Walgreens and restaurants only a block away. Communication from the host was awesome! Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Erik and Gina's condo. Centrally located and so peaceful and quiet. Condo was immaculate, with beautiful decor and very comfortable furniture. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything you could possibly need. Just steps from the pool and the bay and minutes to the Gulf. Truly a gem, and we are already planning our next visit.

Just returned from a 12 day stay .The Condo was spotless and well equipped the location is perfect for Publics restaurants and not far from the beach.The dock out the back is great sitting watching the dolfins and birds .

This condo was everything as advertised. Exceptionally clean and superbly well stocked with most everything you would keep in your own home, including a bathroom scale!! There was such a new feel to the condo as a result of the recent renovation.The furniture was comfortable, and the condo was extremely well lit.A drawback was the lack of natural light in the condo with the blinds down in the daytime due to the nature of the blinds themselves. The condo faces the pool on the first floor so anyone walking by can look in with the blinds open, Albeit there was not a lot of foot traffic during my visit.The condo is within walking distance to Publix and a few blocks to the beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Lots to see and do—Farmer’s Market, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, sunshine, beautiful sunsets, numerous restaurants, sunshine….During my visit, the area was very quiet. There was no need to contact the hosts during this visit, but their accessibility was made very well aware.Would definitely rent this condo again. Great location and accommodations. Thanks for the opportunity to experience Treasure Island in your lovely condo!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the little condo here, and it was beautiful. We walked to places to eat, to the beach, and barely had to drive accept to the store and places like John’s Pass and Boardwalk. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and just nights to sit outside and look at the stars. Area was clean, and even had an extra little pool to enjoy if you wanted. Very comfy living and stay conditions for the fun filled vacation my boyfriend and I planned for!

Wonderful place just as described. Room was clean stocked with everything you could possibly need from laundry detergent to dish soaps and everything else in between communication with the owner was easy and efficient I would recommend this place highly. This was really an excellent stay. The condo was very nice and had everything you needed. It was close to tiki bars, supermarket, drug stores, restaurants. You could easily walk and it was within a couple blocks of the beach. Very nice area and we bonded with some of the other snowbirds.

This is a great condo. Very clean and well stocked. The location is close to many restaurants and bars and is about a 35 minute walk to John’s Pass. The beach is beautiful and great for walking. The host is very nice to deal with.

Perfect location on the intercoastal waterway and within walking distance to the gulf beaches, grocery store, bars and restaurants. Why they chose this property

The location of Boca Ciega Shores is hard to beat. The condo is situated on the inter-coastal which is quieter than the Gulf side high-rises, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also close to the trolley stop which will take you to a multitude of great beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay!

There are few locations on the island that offer all these advantages and conveniences. All this in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood.
