The SunCoast Beach Trolley stop is close by and runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. There are paved paths for walking, biking, and running. The grocery store on the island is just down the street. All you need for the perfect vacation. The park located across the street hosts a Friday morning farmers market. Just leave your car in the designated parking spot and walk to EVERYTHING!

The location of Boca Ciega Shores is hard to beat. The condo is situated on the inter-coastal which is quieter than the Gulf side high-rises, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also close to the trolley stop which will take you to a multitude of great beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay! There are few locations on the island that offer all these advantages and conveniences. All this in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood.

We were very comfortable in the condo. It had everything we could possibly have needed.
After our initial disappointment with the fact that this unit did not have a water view, we were very happy and comfortable in the condo!
The kitchen was extremely well stocked!
And the best part of all....there were many great restaurants within walking distance and even more less than 5-10 minutes away by car!
There was a minor problem with the dishwasher. Erik responded immediately to our call and lined up a service man to come out.
Overall, VERY HAPPY!!

Great Vacation in a Lovely Condo
What a lovely condo! Clean, neat and nicely decorated with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing vacation. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants, live music, the beach and a 1 mile walking path along the beach (if walking or running are of interest). The inter-coastal waterway is a few steps from the front door. You can hang out on the dock after a day at the beach, shopping or taking in a ball game. We decided to try Treasure Island for our annual spring training vacation. This location is a short drive to Spectrum field, Spring Training home of the Philadelphia Phillies, and other spring training locations like Bradenton and Port Charlotte. The residents and other visitors were friendly and helpful. Lots of return renters in this community! We would recommend this condo and location to anyone interested in visiting the St. Petersburg area. Our hats off to the owners!
Walk to restaurants, grocery store, nail salon, beverage store and of course the Beach from this condo in an 11 unit building. The pool (which I often had to myself) is literally outside your front door. A few steps more and you are on the inter-coastal waterway dock where you might see a dolphin swim by or an interesting bird fly in for a visit! Inside the condo you will find everything you need in the kitchen. Also ample towels are provided.
The furniture is extremely comfortable with a sofa, chair and ottoman in the living room. The memory foam bed was also very comfortable. This is a great unit for single person or couple.
Eric was very responsive to every email and request. It would be hard to find a better landlord! We really enjoyed our visit here!

The property was as cute and comfortable as pictured. Nicely stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our meals. Even tho we didn't have a boat, we could fish right out back and even saw dolphins in the evening!
