Experience resort living in the renovated, modern Montecito Ranch House located on 1.5 acres with a Santa Ynez mountain backdrop, among the avocado and citrus orchards with slight ocean peaks. Relax by the indoor+outdoor fireplaces, under the pergola heaters, or in the heated pool and spa. The large yard, designer furnishings, gourmet kitchen, stonework, retractable doors and outdoor lounge, pool and dining spaces create an idyllic California indoor-outdoor living space. Also available for monthly rentals, in Montecito Union School district.

Located in a quiet, country-like neighborhood: 2 minutes from the most pristine, beautiful beaches, hiking and mountain biking trails and 5-star resorts (The Miramar and San Ysidro Ranch). Montecito holiday perfection.

This was the most spectacular vacation rental: gorgeous and serene designer home. mountain views, outdoor area (pool, outdoor heaters and fireplace!) and neighborhood. Super private and the most relaxing and luxurious vacation rental. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Amazing home!

We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful home. The home is lovely, the gardens are spectacular and the views of the mountains are stunning. We spent our mornings walking around the neighborhood, went to the beach or swam in the pool in the afternoon and enjoyed all the delicious Montecito/Santa Barbara restaurants in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Simply spectacular Montecito getaway!

Don’t hesitate to book this dreamy property! Our family treated ourselves to nearly a week here for Thanksgiving and we have no regrets. The grounds are simply breathtaking, the home stylish, the heated pool perfect for the kids, everything was well-stocked and we had everything we needed. Stephanie and her co-host, Danielle, were delightful. We hope to return one day!

We LOVED our stay here. Having spent a lot of time in the area but closer to the beach we realized life is better on the mountain. The house was very clean and well stocked - there wasn't a thing we needed that wasn't already there. We will be back again for sure!

I can't say enough about this home, property management, and owners. From the time we booked this home we had 5 star service. The real treat started when we checked in. My family of 5 was welcomed in person upon check in to be sure everything was perfect, and any questions were answered. The property is perfectly maintained and rivals any resort in the area. The home itself has every modern amenity you'd want, along with the simplicity and charm you'd expect from Santa Barbara/Montecito. I will be recommending this home to anyone that will listen, and will definitely be coming back.

Best trip ever!!

There are almost no words to describe how great this vacation was for our family of 4. The house was beautiful!!! We have stayed at other VRBO’s before and this was for sure the best. This house beat our expectations!! Very very clean, equipped with all the kitchen items you will need. We appreciated being able to borrow the beach items….umbrella, surf items, beach towels etc. Anything you need the house had it!! The absolutely best part of the house was the amazing grounds! Wonderful pool, avocado trees and plenty of space outdoors to play. The owner was also quick to respond and SO easy to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to a special vacation!! Just wish we could have stayed even longer!!

Immaculate renovation in a fabulous neighborhood, just didn't want to leave the pool!

This home exceeded expectations - and photos. It is a very "hip" tastefully done renovation, and the "wow" factor of the double accordion doors was so impressive. Great for indoor/outdoor entertaining and enjoying. The grounds were very beautifully appointed with great succulents. The pool and hot tub are the star at this Montecito home. Lots of games and puzzles to pass the nighttime, when not stargazing from the hot tub. Quick response from the host when anything arose. Highly recommend. The master is not large, but extremely comfortable bed and totally adequate space. The decor is straight out of an interior design magazine. Enjoy!
