We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. Breathtaking views, stylish and comfortable interior, amazing bed and linens and fabulous pool and gardens made this a memorable trip to our favorite vacation spot - Santa Barbara. Our hosts were wonderful and communication was great. Our time there was too short and we would love to return. Thanks Michael and Thom for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Loved the private outside area that had a patio and seating areas. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Bedroom area was spacious. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Apartment was in a central location for things to do and only about 10” from Santa Barbara waterfront. Apt was clean, comfortable and homey with lots of natural light and private back yard.

Very positive experience. Guest house was very clean and well equipped. Mattress extremely comfortable. Large bathroom. Air conditioning in bedroom. Hosts were friendly yet non-intrusive.
