Very quiet bungalow with a very nice courtyard my wife and I could enjoy the mornings in. A lot of hummingbirds.Everything we needed and the AC in the bedroom was more than adequate. The Roku TV took us a little getting used to but we weren’t here to watch tv!We’d definitely stay again.

This is a lovely little bungalow in upper Montecito, exactly where we were looking for accommodations. Easy parking right in front, walkable to the upper village, and with a little luck that citrus was in season, we received a bonus drop-off of amazing oranges and lemons fresh from the owner's garden. The stay was perfect.

This property was the best, and exactly what I needed. I am caregiver for my 95 year old mother and had an opportunity to take a break for a few days. I booked at the last minute (for the area and time of year/weekend) and was lucky to find this charming spot.It was like a storybook. The perfect cottage to relax and enjoy the area. Close to everything and very quiet with lovely humming birds as my only companion. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the perfect size. So much better than renting a hotel room. I loved the outdoor shower and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. And that shower in the bathroom, chefs kiss! The linens on the bed were dreamy and the window air conditioner was all I needed.I will be keeping this on my list for future visits.

The landlord thought of everything in satisfying the needs of a renter. Kitchen was supplied with everything you needed. Towels were plentiful with hooks also available for drying along with towel rods. Bed was comfortable. Good arrangement for furniture. TV had good stations. Great location for restaurants. Glad to rebook on a return trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Montecito! The place was perfect for my wife and me — clean, quiet, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was the ideal spot to relax and unwind.Pat was an excellent host — very responsive, helpful with directions, and always available if we needed anything.
