Enjoy this cozy tropical bungalow in the heart of Montecito. Easy walking to local shops and restaurants, this bungalow is also less than a mile up the road from Butterfly and Miramar beaches. Inside you'll find a styled living space with upscale furnishings, large smart TV and fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, unlimited coffee and teas, fresh linens & bedding, soaps and other amenities. There's also an outdoor shower and a private patio in the front to lounge the day away. This private hedged-in bungalow has everything you'll need for your getaway.

Awesome Stay

The cottage was just as described maybe even better in person. Location was near shops and restaurants. Safe and quiet streeet. Perfect for a couple getaway!

Perfect in all respects

Wonderful accommodations overlooking Miramar Beach. We wished we could stay indefinitely! 10-minute walk to shops & dining on Coast Village Road, and 5-minute walk to Rosewood Miramar. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect!

We enjoyed staying at this little bungalow. It had all the amenities you would need. very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bathroom.Nice outside seating area and close to the town village. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come back!

Cottage in Montecito

The cottage was perfect for me. East to get to, in the heart of Montecito, clean and beautifully decorated. From the bedding to the large (and comfortable) leather couch to the coffee table and bed, I loved the accommodations. The ability to cook my own food, park right outside the door and go for a walk right outside my door was idyllic. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful cottage in Montecito

What a beautiful quaint property. Our stay was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. A quick car or uber ride to downtown Santa Barbara and very close to Montecito shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pat!

Great location, great property and support

Neighborhood is perfect and Pat support is awesome. The only suggestion for improvement is appliance. If the customers are not planning to make some meal during the stay. this will be perfect place to stay. The appliance, refrigerator, cook stove, kettle are all quite old - which I have concern to use during our stay.Just a suggestion for the owner. Otherwise, it is perfect. Thanks,

My daughter and I got to have a mother daughter weekend trip at this property which was so quaint. It's decorated adorably. I love the outdoor seating with beautiful landscape. I had my morning walk around the area. The nearby homes are stunning, and the neighboring trees are magical. Even got to chat with a welcoming neighbor walking his dog. Very close to lots of stores and shopping.

Talk about A+ Service

Pat is a rockstar!! The cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Montecito near the Upper Village. Montecito is a beautiful area with dense foliage, beautiful landscapes, and amazing homes. The cottage is an easy walk to Pierre LaFonde and slightly longer walk to the wonderful town of Montecito. House is small, as described and pictures are accurate. Now for the A+ service. We arrived and the power in the neighborhood was out due to a city issue. Pat was right on informing us upon arrival. The city was delayed returning services so Pat did everything she could to accommodate the situation from incredibly rapid communication, supplying a cooler for the food, and bringing over portable lighting. She kept us updated and even brought over a bottle of wine for any inconvenience. She defines excellent customer satisfaction. Thank you Pat for your service and a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the cottage It has a great location both to the beach and to town. The house itself is very well equipped to cook and space to move around for two people. We loved the decor!
