Waikiki downtown ❤️

Our stay was lovely. A quick walk to downtown, the beach, stores, etc. Beds were comfortable unfortunately no air conditioning but the Hawaiian breeze was plenty to keep us cool. Our host was wonderful and very accommodating and extra helpful when we forgot something in the room and came to our rescue the day we checked out… we will be back again ❤️

Amazing month!

Loved the unit and location. Owner was very friendly. Waikiki can be a bit loud with the windows open at night, but the unit stays quiet from the neighbors above and to the side. Parking is very tight so rent a small car or van that you can get out the side door or back. The walk to the beach and stores is great and the area felt very safe the entire time. We would definitely come back.

Affordable and perfect

The property location was ideal , just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki . The proximity to the market , the pool , the security was amazing. The morning view of the mountains on the lanaii was perfect to inspire . It was a little tight for 6 people as it’s quite noisy at night for the guests sleeping on pull out couch due to the traffic of Waikiki . All around it did the job and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again !

Family and friends summer vacation

The place is awesome. The lanai brings beautiful breeze from the Ala Wal Canal. We woke up early in the morning to catch the sunrise and was able to watch the full moon also. The Lanai provides extra space for “step away”‘for breakfast and diner. The house is closer to the bus stop and also closer to Waikiki Beach. It is walking distance to Ala Moana center. I place is safe and clean. Security guard is supervising daily until midnight. I will definitely looking to stay here on our next vacation!

We have been lucky to have travelled a lot, we know what savvy travelers want: a clean place to stay that offers comfort, convenience and value. We can offer that. Of all the places we've visited, when we arrived in Hawaii we felt we were truly in paradise. We want you to have that same feeling from the very first moment of your vacation. Because we are a family owned and managed business and we do it all ourselves, we can offer you clean comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost, and provide personalized caring service. In fact, we chose to live in Waikiki, close to our units, to better provide this. We take pride in the cleanliness and unique décor of each of our units- they are not typical cookie-cutter hotel rooms. We have 10 condos available from studio to 2 bedroom, all in Waikiki. They were chosen with care using this question: Would we like to vacation there ourselves? We want to share with you our love of Hawaii and will do all we can to help make your vacation dream a reality. We look forward to meeting you!

Why they chose this property

This was the first condo we bought. We fell in love with the unobstructed Koolau mountain view, the awesome rainbows, the open walkway to the unit with it's ocean and Waikiki views. The building itself has great management, wonderful security, with keyed entry and security staff manning the desk and grounds. The pool area is seldom crowded, and has plenty of lounge chairs. The umbrellas and tables are very useful. There is also a relaxing sauna and bathroom and showers on the pool deck. The recreation area is wonderfully appointed for groups gathering to celebrate birthdays etc. The area has 2 barbeques, tables, a refrigerator, couches, and a separate room with tables that can be left open or closed off. Plenty of room for the kids to play, or dip in the adjacent pool. And this building is located in a more residential area of Waikiki, close enough to everything, yet quieter. The bus stop is 1 block away, just down the street, in front of the Ritz-Carlton Residences. Or if driving, there is easy access into and out of Waikiki. Parking is available, assigned stall, please ask.

What makes this property unique

Stepping into this unit, you immediately feel some tension and stress fall away. Maybe it's the designer inspired colors and décor, or maybe it's the green view. Maybe it's the coolness of the unit. Even in the summer, there is no need for air conditioning. The beauty of a "single load " building with it's open walkway is the terrific cross ventilation (and no dark hallways with dank cooking smells!) and from your front door, you can check the weather over the beach and catch the Friday night fireworks. This kitchen has a useful arrangement with plenty of cupboards, a dishwasher, pantry and good ventilation also. The 2 separate bedrooms and bathroom that can be accessed from the hall works well for families or friends. If you have additional guests, the living room sofa converts to a full sized bed with a comfortable innerspring mattress, can sleep 2. Eating out on the big lanai is a treat, whether it's for a sunny breakfast or cool afternoon lunch or amazing city views at night with after dinner drinks. And you can watch canoeists on the Ala Wai, or catch a rainbow over the Manoa Valley. The ambiance of this unit feels calming. We invite you to stay, and let this unit help you relax, enjoy and unwind. This was our first condo, we liked so much about it that we bought another one in the same building!
