Perfect view; quiet & peaceful; fully stocked kitchen items; great deck; no whale sightings, but lots of other wildlife & birds!!Couldn’t have been more perfect for our 2 couples. Thank you!!!
This house was exactly what we were looking for...secluded at the end of the island with stunning views. The property had everything we needed and was not too far from Mt. Constitution, Obstruction Pass, or the village.

Private home with beautiful views
Our family enjoyed the quiet and beautiful views of this home. It was well maintained, clean, well appointed kitchen, wood burning stove all created a welcoming and cozy home. I would
highly recommend this home.
The house was lovely and felt like home. We enjoyed lounging in the living room and spotting wildlife.

Beautiful view
Wonderful view of the water from the living room and the deck. We saw dolphins and a bald eagle. Quiet and peaceful. The house has all the amenities needed to cook meals and relax. Loved that both of the bedrooms have views of the water.
A little bit of a drive to everything but if you don’t mind driving, it’s worth the view. There are steps down to the house.
Wonderful house with amazing view. We saw dolphins and a bald eagle during our stay. Quiet, peaceful, great deck.Love that both bedrooms had a great view of the water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook several meals.Great walking on the roads by the house. A further drive to places on the island so need to be prepared for time in the car. Stairs down to property. Only one shower.Would definitely stay again.
We thoroughly loved our stay here! The view is absolutely breathtaking. Seals performed daily! The house is great but we did not know there was just one shower. We loved the entire island and being there a week we think we saw a lot of it! Sailing, hiking, great meals; it was a A+ vacation!!
If you love wildlife just sit on the back deck and wait. Keep an eye on the whale watching boats, if they stop grab the binoculars.

Amazing Views
This home is truly amazing. The views are priceless. I loved getting up in the morning and drinking my coffee on the deck, watching the seals and dolphins. The kitchen had everything we needed. Make sure to stop at the store on your way out to get what need or want. It’s a drive into town. A beautiful drive. There are no curtains in bedrooms so if you don’t want to wake with the sun then bring a sleep mask. Be prepared for ultimate relaxation.
The house is absolutely amazing and peaceful with fantastic views of the sea!The kitchen is amazingly stocked with everything that you could ever want! As well as very quality kitchen things! The house was very clean and quiet! The negative is that to get to the home was a challenge. It was not marked well at all.Fortunately, we met two very kind neighbors who helped us!Where the lock box was located was poorly situated, it is not near the door, nor are there instructions to aid you to find it.We did have an issue with getting on the Wi-Fi, but it seemed that AI took over and helped us!I would definitely recommend it, but make sure you get there in the daylight!

Amazing views
We actually rarely left because the views were so amazing. It was such a nice peaceful & relaxing vacation. We saw so many birds, also seals & an orca! The driveway was a little scary but worth it. Felt very private & remote but was also close to Moran & Eastsound. I would put window coverings on the main bath windows & the scent on the sheets & towels was too strong for me but I’m fairly sensitive. There are stairs leading down to the house, which were described in the listing. We had the grandparents with us & we all did fine with them. They are really sturdy and were not a big deal for us. The kitchen was a little small, there’s only one shower (in the master bath) but these weren’t problems for us, maybe hard if you’re staying with another couple/family. We’ve stayed in many houses across Orcas and this was by far my favorite view & location. Beautiful home & views!

Hi Heather,

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the peacefulness, stunning views, and wildlife during your stay—it sounds truly special. We appreciate your honest feedback about the window coverings and the scent on the linens, and we understand how those details can make a difference. It’s great to know the stairs and kitchen layout worked well for your group, and we’re honored that this was your favorite home on Orcas. It was truly a pleasure to host you, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable stay in the future.

Stellar Property
If you are looking for quiet and privacy, this is your spot! Pristine home, perched on a outcropping of boulders & wall of glass looking East to Mt Baker. No neighbors unless you include eagles, seals & all kinds of birds.
Includes all amenities you need except bring your own coffee. You are 25 minutes northeast of Eastsound, so can't run out to the store easily.
Note: driveway ends in very steep 15 yard down slope. Feels precarious. From driveway, stairway to home is 15 steps, would be an issue for anyone that needs walking assistance. And no yard for kiddos to play.

Best view on the island
I love the quiet; the animal activity; the water activity; the open floor plan. Easy to have privacy in this house. Comfortable furnishings.

Magical!
The highlight of our whole stay on Orcas was the deck. Seals, Otters, porpoise, eagles but no orcas. Bring good binocs and sunscreen and enjoy! If you are physically challenged look carefully at the stairs - only way in and out. Getting down to the waters edge also requires a little balance and dexterity. The house and kitchen has everything you would need and more. Very quiet and private and little traffic so biking and walking the surrounding area very comfortable. No luck fishing or crabbing but fun to try. Seventeen days there and still didn’t want to leave.
Our family enjoyed the spacious layout and comforts. The unit was well provided for and clean.
We loved the proximity to the water in a beautiful, remote part of Orcas. We've stayed 4 times in this area, past Olga.
We avail ourselves of Bucks Bay for its new outdoor cafe, great oysters and food; also nearby Doe Bay.
We loved our stay here. So comfortable, peaceful, quiet, serene. Had breakfast with the otters. Loved the sound of the waves lapping against the shore. Heavenly.

Great view
Great view, we saw porpoises, seals, deer and eagles from the house.
An incredible location; only regret is that our stay was too short (just 3 nights). Saw whales and orcas from the deck (with binoculars). Explored the area but ended up spending evenings at the house- so peaceful and beautiful!
We enjoyed the amazing views from the livingroom windows. Enjoyed watching the sea lions find higher ground on the Peapod Islands as the tide came and went. The home is updated, comfortable and quiet. Loved the heated bathroom floor downstairs. Kitchen was updated. Home was clean. Took wonderful walks on the secluded backroads. Enjoyed the scenery and took advantage of the movies offered when it was too windy to be on the deck. Would come again. Book your ferry tickets early- we had no trouble with our ferry experience.

Fantastic view and quiet setting!
The view and very quiet setting were wonderful. In fact, we enjoyed the deck so much that we skipped most of the hiking and kayaking adventures we had planned over the week. From the deck and living room we saw countless eagles catching fish, whales, and seals- we also really enjoyed watching a swallow family building a nest in a nest box just off the deck. The house was also very clean and comfortable- the kitchen was well stocked. It was the relaxing week we needed and hope to return.

Unbeatable View
We loved this home away from home. The home itself was clean and cozy and just perfect for our family of 3. It had every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. The view will knock your socks off! From the deck we saw two Orcas, countless porpoises, seals, otters, and bald eagles - incredible! We also saw deer around the house everyday. We loved the peaceful location and didn’t mind driving to Moran State Park, Observation Point, or Eastsound. My only complaint is the lack of window coverings in the bedrooms, with the long summer nights and early sunrises it made it difficult to get our child to sleep.
