Check out Grey Fox Condo; This is a 2 bed/2 bath true Ski in-Ski out condo! Walk out the door and ski down to the lyft... An Amazing location in the Kicking Horse Lodges at Granby Ranch- nestled between Winter Park and Rocky Mnt National Park; Enjoy cooking after a day of skiing, or sip cocktails on the sunny patio as you admire the beautiful valley below. There is a communal charcoal BBQ grill across the parking lot too... Relax by the fire while watching TV/playing games in the open floor-plan. Resort Amenities (skiing, hiking, biking trails, swim) are a separate cost paid to the resort- based on renter's usage. This 905 square foot unit sleeps 5 with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom a Queen bed plus a Twin bed. There are two HDTVs, a DVD player, cable and Wi-Fi, as well as games and cards to enjoy. A gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. Patio has 2 chairs to enjoy views of a sunset over the valley and Rocky Mountains. A seasonal hot tub is steps a way from the unit. Free WIFI, easy parking, a sled, and no stairs to climb make this a perfect mountain getaway.
ALL Resort Amenities ( skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, golf, swim) are a separate cost paid to resort based on renters usage.
Guests have access to the entire condo...and can access the community pool and Hot tub using a GUEST day pass - available for purchase for $10 at Ranch Hall. Guests may purchase a day pass for $10 at Ranch Hall. Children age 8 and under are free. To purchase a day pass for the pool you will need to show your reservation with the address visible as proof that you are staying in the home. Credit card only please. Please check the Granby Ranch website for the latest information on closures, etc...
I am available 24/7 when a guest needs anything via phone, text or email, but I offer my guests privacy as well.

Grey Fox - wonderful stay!!

We just love staying in this location of Granby Ranch and the Grey Fox did not disappoint! It is well-maintained with everything a family needs for cooking and relaxing when they aren't on the slopes of the darling Granby Ranch. Highly recommend this condo and owner - we were very comfortable for the weekend and will definitely choose the Grey Fox again.

Very comfortable! Decorated very very nicely! The kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies, dishware and spices. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms really clean and the water stayed hot!

Absolutely amazing mountainside condo. We felt completely at home from the moment we walked in. There was even a lit Christmas tree and Christmas music playing. Super easy walk to the ski lift. We would highly recommend this beautiful place and wonderful hosts! Thank you for sharing your home!

Short stay but would love to return

Only 2 nights as a quick spring break getaway for us and our boys. We got on the hill, took some turns and indulged at the hot tub and pool. Unit was clean, comfortable and so many little touches it was a treat. We will come back and stay here longer next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grey Fox...The condo overlooks the ski run access lift, and we enjoyed the walk to the base lodge as well....A Moose walked right in front of our condo..Cozy, comfy and well appointed. This is a great place for a couple or a family of 4....we will be back.

The property is a ski condo located at Granby Ranch high on a hill with a view of the valley to the west. It has 2 good-sized bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms (tub & shower). It has a common living area and a small kitchen. It is very pleasantly and elaborately decorated with a fox theme predominating. We enjoyed our three night stay there. The location is great for skiing but it’s a bit of a drive to Lake Granby and Grand Lake for boating and fishing.

Birthday getaway

We booked this condo as a birthday getaway! Our son wanted to snowboard for his birthday and Granby Ranch was a great place for first timers. The condo was just as described in the listing. The sheets on the beds were amazing. Space was a little tight for 4 adults and 2 kids but doable for a short stay. The condo had everything we needed and is one of the most stocked condos we've ever booked on VRBO. If you stay here and go out to eat, Maverick's grille was delicious! We plan to return next winter to let our son get more comfortable on the mountain and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for helping make great memories!

The Perfect Winter Break

I hate to give good reviews because they make the property unavailable when I want to book again and I will definitely book again. This was a trip that I take every year with my grandson and this year was made even more special because of the location of The Gray Fox condo. If you are a skier, you could not ask for a better location, round the corner and 50 yards from the Lift. I have never stayed (and I stay in a lot of STR) in a more laid back, stocked home. It had everything that we needed or could have wanted. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the views from the patio are amazing and the area is quit and relaxing. Janna is a dream to communicate with and so helpful. This was a HUGE find and I can not wait to return next year.

Great location, loved the games for the kids. The mattress in master is old and not comfortable. Children complained that the sheets felt like plastic.

This place was nice. Had everything you needed to cook a meal. Owner responded quickly to questions. They had games, movies and toys for my 3 year old. Washer/dryer with detergent was a plus. Bathrooms were fully stocked. Place was clean. Small but cozy with plenty of room for us. Rooms had cable, DVD player and streaming platforms to watch your favorite shows or movies. Internet was fast and reliable. Check in and out was simple. The hottub was up the hill from the condo, but if you don't want to walk the hill, the master had a jetted tub. The overall experience was great.

JUST PERFECT!

My family rented the unit over Christmas. The condo was decorated beautifully for the holidays! The condo has everything you need and provided extras! (like shampoo and conditioner in the shower) The location is very convenient, ski in ski out! Very nice condo and would highly recommend! Thank you, the Stewarts
