It's great it was well furnished, up to date, and easily accommodated four adults and your 11-year-old Scottish Terrier. Glad Deno's and Sagebrush BBQ were dog friendly (Sagebrush exceptional) and that you enjoyed the shops in Grand Lake. We appreciate you choosing Stay Winter Park and would love to host you again.

I also apologize the fireplace was unavailable; we’ll make that restriction clearer in the listing and pre-arrival information. We’ll have maintenance investigate the hot tub temperature and increase checks to prevent that from happening again. We appreciate you letting us know.

We also apologize for the unclear heat controls and the safety concern you raised — we’ll add clear operating instructions and labels, inspect the heaters for safe operation, and include warnings where needed.
