Experience the ease of ski-in/ski-out access at this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located in Building 1 of Summit at Silvercreek, Granby. Conveniently positioned next to the owner's lift at Granby Ranch, this fully furnished unit is an excellent choice for family rentals that include pets.
This garden-level condominium features a modern color palette and vinyl plank flooring, enhancing the open floor plan. This layout complements the contemporary furnishings and offers ample space for a delightful vacation experience. For dining, the breakfast bar can seat four guests, while the dining table also accommodates up to four and provides stunning views of the mountains and meadows, along with access to the private patio.
The main living room is furnished with comfortable seating, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a day of exploration and outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy the charming wood-burning fireplace or watch their favorite television programs on the flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is a tastefully updated full kitchen, which includes modern cabinets, new appliances, and a spacious quartz island, all designed to seamlessly integrate with the primary living space.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for guests, equipped with another queen-sized bed that can accommodate up to two individuals. The second bathroom is accessible from this bedroom and is also located in the main hallway for convenient access from the living area.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.please be aware that there is no air conditioning.
The property offers a common area patio with outdoor furniture, hot tub, BBQ area and common area laundry.
Parking: There are 2 outdoor parking spots
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.

Was a wonderful stay, plenty of room for our little group. The dog bed was a nice touch and my pup loved it. If more of the mountain had been open, would have been perfect to access the nearby ski lift. Would definitely stay again!

It was very clean and inviting. The location of the condo units were AMAZING, however the location of this particular unit was hard to find. Some disappointing things though, the fire place was not to be used, which was HUGE reason we chose this particular place. The hot tub was great the first night, but then the water was cold the next night we went to use it. Over all the stay was pleasant, but we will look at another location next time.

Condo in good shape and great for pets. Condo is actually on the lower level from the parking lot. If the lift nearby is running this is a ski in/out place. Convenient ski locker across the hall. Would stay here again. Kitchen well equipped, one bed firmer than the other so you have your pick.

The good - quiet and comfortable, location is great with plenty of parking. The bad: the signage on the property is pretty bad. No building numbers, no indications of where the stairs are, unit numbers are hard to read from a distance. It took way to much effort just to find the front door. The unit is decent and its clear that attention has been paid to updating it, it needs a little more work on the finishings like light switches and plates though. I also had really know idea how the heat works. We were lucky not to need it but some labels and instructions would be beneficial, especially since it appeared the electric heat units get hot and were a hazard to small children. Also consider outlet covers and lower cabinet locks to make the unit more child proof..

This review is for others to be aware of the second bedroom sleeping situation. There are NOT bunk beds; there is another queen bed. My kids will not sleep in a bed with each other, so the bunk beds were going to be ideal. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch, which was big enough for an 11 year old. The listing really needs to be updated. That being said, the condo itself was great. Figuring out *how* to get to the unit was interesting. You go in a hallway, downstairs, around a corner and there it is. It is not upstairs or on the level accessible from the parking lot.

The place was just like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is there wasn’t extra blankets. There were throw blankets but as someone who sleeps cold I could have used a heavier spare blanket. Otherwise the experience was good!
