Love the View
Nice spacious home perfect for the 4 of us. Master bedroom with en-suite half bath. Full hall bath and second bedroom with a queen and. Twin
Views of Whidbey Island and waterways.
Tastefully remodeled kitchen with everything you need!
Property was exactly as advertised with the exception of the lawn which was brown and dry. It appears there were water conservation measures in place as most places appeared to not be water their lawns. Excellent location with great access to the beach. We even got to see a few bald eagles in the trees right next to the house! Quite neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again!
Birdseye View Rental
Perfect for our needs. Floors could have been cleaner - some stickiness - maybe from mopping with a liquid duster, but not cleaned with water.
Everything else was great. Would have liked to have had a wash day - but knew that was not available when we rented.
Great place to stay on Camano Island. Lots of space and beautiful views. The house has everything you need for a great weekend.
Perfect Getaway, Great Location
I have stayed here twice. It is a convenient island experience without the hassle and cost of the ferry. We drove from Seattle, about an hour drive. The host, has prepared a peaceful and well-appointed retreat. We were so relaxed there! The open floor plan allowed us to appreciate the ocean views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. We found the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and more. It is a beautiful location with great water and mountain views and a spacious deck. The beach is very close and accessible by stairs.
Because of its proximity, you can hike to CAMA BEACH STATE PARK at mid to low tide. We spent a few hours at the park and walked back through the wooded part of the park and the road. The Park has a shop, a nice beach, and a beautiful restaurant; My companions and I ate there the first trip and returned the second time. The food is good and they have fresh baked goods. There is also a branch of the Center for Wooden Boats; there they have classes and activities. It was closed the weekend we went but I took some photos.
I will definitely be back with friends and family.
