City-view Ilikai Hotel one-bedroom Condo on the 10th Floor

*Construction Notice: This unit is located within Phase 6 of the building's exterior spall repair and painting project. During this phase, the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Lanai furniture will be stored inside the unit for the duration of the work. Guests may experience some construction-related noise during scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Project schedules and work activities are subject to change. Located on the 10th floor, the unit offers city views and a convenient location just steps from Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants and shopping. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials. Additional amenities include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and beach towels for your convenience. Recent improvements include a new bed and mattress (2025), microwave (2025), and sofa (2026). Whether you're visiting Oahu for business, an extended stay, or a Waikiki vacation, Ilikai Tower 1017 offers a comfortable home base in one of Honolulu's most desirable locations.

AMENITIES
We've provided everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. The unit includes cable TV, high-speed internet, and secure WiFi access. To help you get started, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including dish soap, a dishwasher packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. These items are intended to get you through your arrival and are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and additional blankets can be found in the bedroom closets. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience. Housekeeping services are available during your stay for an additional fee. Please contact us if you would like to arrange service.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Guests have access to two swimming pools: the main pool located on the lobby level and a quieter lounge pool on the second floor. Card-operated laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor, and 24-hour security is on-site for added peace of mind. Valet parking is available for $45 per day (rates are subject to change). Looking to stay active during your visit? Fitness center access is available for an additional fee and can be purchased directly at the hotel front desk. Current rates are $8 per day, $50 per week, or $150 per month (rates subject to change).
