Downtown Napa, Sleeps 4-5, Pool, 31 Day Min., July 7-Aug. 10, 2 Bdrms 2 Baths

My lovely, light and airy condo is in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Napa's bustling downtown which is bursting with excellent restaurants, wonderful shops, a beautiful river, the Wine Train, and many entertainment venues. Ours is a small Condo complex, with only 34 units, and we're all friendly and neighborly.

It's available ONLY from July 7 - Aug. 10, 2024. Due to City of Napa vacation rental ordinances, the rental can't be for fewer than 31 days. I'll be traveling during this time.

My home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms share a wall, but there's a closet between them and each room has a white noise machine to enhance privacy. The units aren't huge (1260 sq. ft.), but they're very comfortable.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with new Avocado mattress, and small attached bathroom with shower. The smaller bedroom has a double bed. Bathroom, with shower/tub, is across the hall. There is a small child's cot in the garage. It fits next to the Queen bed in the larger bedroom (won't fit in the smaller bedroom).

My condo complex has a pool. If the weather's warm, you'll love a dip in the shady, tree-lined pool after your full day in the sun hiking, wine-tasting, or shopping downtown or at the nearby (walking distance) Factory Stores. But beware: summer evenings in Napa can be downright cold. Be sure to bring a jacket.

I have two friendly, affectionate indoor cats that you will care for. They love human company, but THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BEDROOMS. It's important that guests keep all doors closed so the cats don't go where they aren't wanted (namely, in the bedrooms, the garage, or outdoors!)

You can park one car in my garage, and another in our resident parking lot, off the street, if there is room; or behind my garage, or on the street if all else fails.

With a 31-day stay, you'll have plenty of time to visit fabulous California sites like San Francisco (take the ferry boat there from Vallejo), Pt. Reyes National Seashore, Lake Tahoe, Mendocino County, the Russian River, Fort Ross, Healdsburg, Sacramento-- I could go on and on. Napa is perfectly located for wonderful day trips. But if you just want to stick around here, you'll find plenty to do!
