Location
This is a quiet neighborhood in Richmond uniquely located at the border of residential and agricultural zone. It is away from the density of the city, but very close to transits and major highway, so getting around is convenient. It is suitable for guests looking for entertaining, recreational, cultural and culinary experience in Richmond and Vancouver.

The gallery suite
This is a 1500 sqft home that was originally used for artwork display and gallery events and functions. It has ts own front entrance and with parking at the front. Not like a basement, the guest will enjoy the large, bright south facing windows with 2 skylights in the suite. There are 3 rooms in the house and only one room is for guest booking, the other two rooms are locked for gallery storage. Guest can enjoy the entire suite with about 800 sq ft of private space including bedroom, washroom, kitchen, dining and living room. In suite laundry facility is available for guest staying 4 days and longer.

I live in a separate area at the back of the house. The only common area is the parking area outside.

Getting Around
15 mins from YVR airport, 28 mins from the US border, 25 mins to Vancouver downtown. It is close to transits, major shopping malls, banks, restaurants, entertainments, movie theater, farm market, winery, golf course and highway entrance - all within 2 - 8 minutes drive! (or 7-15 minutes walk if you don't drive)

The surrounding
From October to April, you may see or hear thousands of snow geese at the farm field opposite to our house.
The visits of snow geese to Richmond are worthy of wonder. It is cool to see a large flock in a field that "painted" the whole field in white colour. When the geese take off en masse, the buffeting of their wings, the cacophony of their voices, and the frantic motion of several thousand large birds, which every year fly to Siberia and back, is an unforgettable experience.
Other birds commonly seen around our home are great blue heron, owl, ducks and eagle.

Please note that this house has a strict non smoking policy inside and within 5m around the house. Staying guest's picture ID / passport are required upon booking.
