Welcome To Our “Cape Escape”
A safe and clean get away for the whole family, no damage from the hurricanes, no water ever entered the inside of this home!
POOL home with great canal view and VERY QUICK gulf access!
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom/2bath home in the desirable, quite neighborhood of Savona. This home has all tile floors and quartz counters for easy care free living. The home has a split floor plan with a large master bedroom (walk-in shower), the other three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. This makes it perfect for multiple families to enjoy this home. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and the 4th bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. All bedrooms have newer bedding, pillows and towels.
The living room is furnished with 2 couches and a chair for the whole family to enjoy conversation, playing provided board games, or watching the 55 inch wall mounted TV with surround sound. All bedrooms except the twin room(bedroom3)have smart TV’s. Included In your stay is whole home Wi-Fi and free Netflix on all Tv’s. The kitchen is perfect for fixing a gourmet meal or a quick snack with a double sink and prep sink.
Large sliding doors in the living room and glass doors off the dining room onto pool area allow for true indoor/outdoor living. Pool is heated by solar heat. Option to add electric heat for an Additional $15.00/ day.

The home is situated at the end of a gulf access canal (no bridges), and you can be out on open water in 3 minutes or less! You will enjoy the 14x28 ft solar heated pool with BBQ grill in the screened in lanai area. Pool and Hot tub are solar heated, included in stay.
Electric Heating Options :
Option 1- Heat Pool, Set to 87*, Run Time 9am-5pm +$15.00/day
Option 2- Heat Hot Tub, Set to 102* Run Time 6pm-10pm +15.00/day
Option 3- combine both options for $30.00 a day.
*There is a seven day minimum for these heating options

You may rent boats or wave runners at a nearby boat rental or bring your own. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of activities then watch the sunset from the front patio.
There are many unique, fun restaurants nearby with great food and great atmosphere like Ford's Garage, Paradise Tiki Hut, Cork Soakers, and the Monkey Bar just to name a few. So whether you are looking for a home in a quiet friendly neighborhood, or a place close to activities and nightlife, this is the house for you. The home is located 4 miles from the Yacht Club Community Park.

conveniently located in the savona neighborhood between the midpoint and cape coral bridges for easy access to ft myers, sanibel, captiva, and downtown cape coral. great neighborhood for walkers and riding bikes. stunning view looking down the canal facing east for beautful sunrises every morning. well stocked kitchen with quality pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. bright sunny rooms with beachy decor. great vacation rental.

Great place for family!

We had two families renting this home for a week and we all had a great time! The house was very clean, decorated very nicely, well furnished and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed the outdoor enclosed patio, heated pool and hot tub. The view of the canal was beautiful and we loved sitting out there with coffee in the morning. The refrigerator is huge. Everything is as the pictures show. The house is also close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house

We thoroughly enjoyed this house for 5 weeks. All the amenities were available in the house. All the inside furniture, beds and patio area were very comfortable. The pool was a warm 80 degrees and regularly maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very engaging and helpful. Unfortunately the beaches were restricted but there were many activities that the local businesses offered to keep us entertained. Jessica was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing week

Very quiet in late June for that area. A few showers, but basically 90 degrees each day. Plenty of room in the house for a family of 7-8. Be aware if first time to the area that many bridges have tolls. We would go back to that area again.

Dies war ein großartiges Hotel mit guter Lage und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen! Es gab viel Platz für unsere siebenköpfige Gruppe, das Haus war ok und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der Blick auf den Kanal ist wunderschön und der Sonnenaufgang spektakulär! Der Pool und der Whirlpool wurden viel genutzt und waren großartig zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Sonne Floridas. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nicht zögern, wiederzukommen!

Peace and tranquility

The house is wonderful. Perfect access to the pool, and when traveling with children that's important. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need with the exception of a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom bed mattress is soft, just the way I like it. Access to shopping was easy, and local beaches were just a short drive away. I would recommend this property for a family vacation in a quiet neighborhood. The view of the canal from the back of the house is picturesque.

Great house and pool

We loved this house, pool and hot tub. Very clean and has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and loved the shower water pressure. The strict hours for when the tub is heated does require a bit of planning and we would have preferred more flexibility with that, but it was fine. Close to Sanibel and Matlacha which allows for fun adventures. We would stay here again!

Don’t hesitate, book it!!!

This was a great property, and we really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for our group of eight, the house was clean and has great views. The view down the canal is beautiful and the sunrise spectacular! The pool and hot tub were used a lot, and were great for relaxing after a day enjoying the Florida sun. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Sunrise beauty

The view was beautiful in the mornings in the bay. We enjoyed using the kayaks several times. We also loved that they left soaps, toilet paper and kitchen dry ingredients for baking and spices. It was nice to have chairs and coolers to use at the beach since we flew to vacation. The only we didn’t enjoy was the timer on the hot tub wasn’t for an ideal time and the pool solar cover obviously needs replaced. It was falling apart in the pool. The camera directed at the pool area is a little creepy too. Knowing these things we would still stay at the rental. The neighborhood felt safe and was a friendly community.

This was a great house with a beautiful view. Plenty of space a very clean house.

My husband and I stayed here with our two girls and had a great time. The 2 kayaks and fishing poles were a bonus. The sunsets in the morning were amazing. We would have liked the opportunity to heat the pool and hot tubs during the times that worked for us and not set times for each but overall a great experience!

Pool fun

Everything was as shown. House seemed bigger than the pictures . Pool was as expected in size . Kitchen stocked well With nice dishes ., ninja bullet ,coffee pot Etc. we make several meals easily. Nice beds Fun to have kayaks Beach chairs and coolers for the beach Pool is set on timer and was frustrating to have adjusted to our time schedule . Paid to have the pool heated but still chilly due to cooler weather Communication was good

Great House - Poor communication and action

The house is beautiful. The first issue is we had no code to get in the house. I sent an email the day before saying we had not received a code to get in. No response. The listing said we would get in at 4:00 p.m. Luckily we got there just before 4:00 p.m. and the cleaning service was still there. She let us in. Still no contact about code etc. Contacted VRBO and they again gave us the phone number to contact and they would try to get a hold of someone. The number said they were a brokerage firm and would not receive this message until Monday. Called VRBO back and again and they started a file. In the meantime I found a binder with the codes and explanation of things. Still no call or email from Ms. Clarke. We received an email from her on 3/1 at 2:31 A.M. We arrive on the afternoon of 2/29. At that time I emailed her to tell her the hot tub was not hot and that there was a boat on the lift that we were told we could use. At 6:18 that night she said she would get a hold of the pool guy. She said the lift was not part of the description but I thought I specifically asked about that but can't find the email to prove it. It does say that you can rent boats or bring your own. Where would you put it if not on the dock area at the home. CHANGE the listing that says, "no where to put your boat in the water at home." Be honest about this as it makes a difference. I told her also the filter on the water needed changing...never happened. We had ants in the main bathroom and continued to get worse as both bedrooms on that side got them. Then I was told that the people that stayed all February had the same problem but just to spray with the stuff in the garage. We got what was in the garage but the head on the sprayer was corroded. Really, you knew about this before we got there why was it not taken care of. She said she was in the hospital for a kidney issue why wasn't someone else taking care of theses issues? We never did get to use the hot tub because it wasn't warm enough at night. On the day we left she contacted me and said the hot tub was solar. OK but it also states it heated. How can you use a hot tub at night when its cold? Also, why even email me this when we had to be out of the house by 11:00 a.m. that day. The communication with Ms. Clarke and how she handled everything was extremely poor and is not the owners fault. I would like a refund of some kind since we didn't get all experiences we paid for.
