Very well kept and clean home. Close to tourist attractions, shopping and dining. Very convenient access to everything in the Black Hills. Quiet well kept neighborhood. Non-smoking house. Rental includes full access to 2-car garage for vehicle and motorcycle parking.

Nice and relaxing

This the 2nd time I have stayed at this property, the owners are very very nice and polite to work with , always very clean well stocked , a very good place for just chilling, the neighbors are nice no problems with them lots of room to spread out and will book again when we go back out there thank you Toby and family for your hospitality

Family trip

Property was a great home base for our family of 6 adults and two kids as we explored the entire area. Very comfy beds, nice outdoor space and a safe neighborhood for morning runs. Having paper products and some condiments provided was helpful. Host was responsive to questions. Definitely would stay again

Excellent stay in Rapid City!

Recently completed an excellent stay in Rapid City. The house was extremely clean, well appointed and very convenient to all of the major attractions in the area including Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park, Spearfish Canyon, Badlands National Park, etc. The owners were very friendly and more than willing to help. The kiddos loved the hot tub and lower yard with playset and trampoline. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Perfect home away from home

House was perfect for our group. Outdoor area was comfortable and enjoyable. Neighborhood was nice. Tony and LuRae were excellent to work with and made several recommendations that were perfect for our group. They really made it feel special. This was a great location for exploring many different areas of SD.

Perfect Property for us

We rented this property for the pre Sturgis rally for a week. We came as a small group of friends and family from Texas. The house was exactly as portrayed in the listing. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious with local information as well as their hospitality. This property is literally their home and they opened it as if we were extended family. We had plenty of room for each person to have privacy in their rooms and bathrooms. Common areas were perfect to gather for meals and outdoor drinks and relaxing in the hot tub. We utilized the outdoor grill and the attached garage for our motorcycles. Blessing ! Very Chip & Joanna decor which is lovely. The landscape and backyard area were perfect if you had little ones. Totally recommend the hosts and this home. Would love to rent it again.

Peaceful oasis

This is a very quite and private place to stay at 2 back porches to choose from , hot tub was awesome and very clean , inside just a nice warm and relaxing feeling , home away from home , property owners was a great pleasure to deal with very nice can’t wait to rent again , a must stay

Just about perfect!

This is a beautiful four bedroom home that is as described in the ad. There was plenty of space for 8 adults to spread out. Everything was in working order and immaculate. The owners were very friendly, helpful and available! The little extras included condiments and other staples that we could use in the kitchen, access to the hot tube and beach towels. Access to washer and dryer was included. The house was beautifully decorated and there was a lovely covered porch and outdoor seating by the hot tub. The lower backyard was a fenced in playground for kids. We flew in from out of state to see South Dakota and found this home very convenient to all the main attractions in that part of the state. Everything was within about a 90 min drive. Great house!

Beautiful house, clean and convenient location to meet all your needs

We loved staying at this rental. It was so beautiful and the hosts we very accommodating to all our needs. It was very clean and nicely updated I’d call it Rustic Chic. If I had to say one issue it would be lack of storage in kitchen and bedrooms.

Lovely home in great location

We rented this house for our family of four, plus my mother-in-law. It was perfect for a large family to each have our own space at the end of a day of sightseeing. The listing is just as stated. The house is meticulously clean. The kids loved the hot tub and the backyard was very secluded. The basement was also great for the teenagers to have some privacy. We took daytrips to CrazyHorse, Badlands National Park, Deadwood, Custer State Park, Jewel Cave, Wind Cave, and Devil's Tower. All were within 2 hours each way of this great location. The host left basic amenities for us such as shampoo and soap, and also laundry detergent. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay in the Black Hills, this house is definitely going to be one for you!

Black Hills

The owners were very friendly and responsive. The house is remarkable. All the big attractions are accessible without hitting city traffic. They have a hot tub! So relaxing after hiking, biking and sightseeing. Tons of room to spread out and relax. We have teenagers but they still visited the lower yard trampoline and play set. All the bathrooms were stocked with with towels, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. They had water and soft drinks in the fridge as well as new condiments for our use (the things you forget or have to leave for). They have everything in the kitchen you need to do your cooking plus spices! I used the grill on the back porch a few days and enjoyed the sounds of the little fountain pond. So peaceful. Several shorter hikes less than 10 minute drive to trail head. They let us use the washer and dryer letting us pack light. The neighborhood was cute and the yard was so private and relaxing. When we were out front the neighbors all waved. Get this, they let me park in the garage. It was like coming home. I planned this trip a long time before we left. I fell in love but thought it was out of my price range. I found rapid city is a huge tourist attraction with a crazy amount of outdoor activities. I saved money and booked it. While there found out other tourists paying not far off for a hotel. It is a diamond in the (black hills)....Happy to answer any questions. The owners have my contact information. Have a great day.

Great stay - great location - very clean!

The property met and exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and had excellent amenities. Very easy check in/out process and centrally located to all the attractions. We appreciated the owner’s tips of the must see places and dining, however, less interaction on the part of the owner during our stay would have been appreciated. Overall a 5 start!

Great home, amenities and location!!!

I stayed with my family and friends from July 4-11th in this beautiful house. Since we were looking for a place to stay Toby was very helpful and always answer your concerns right away. The house was just in the middle of everything we wanted to do, very quit and safe neighborhood and in dead end street. Have everything we needed and more! Four nice bedrooms, spacious living and dinning room and a hot tub. We will definitely recommend this property and will come back again and stay here! Gilse
