Pretty one bedroom on the oceanfront. It was a beautiful place to watch the sunrise, on the 12th floor. Host was easy to reach and quick at communicating. Check-in was extremely easy. Be aware that the carts are to the left of the garage and down at the glassed-in area. Only saw the one hot tub, but it was huge. Lazy river and pool were both great temperatures and lots of fun. Wish they were open a little later. Easy access to everywhere in Myrtle Beach, and close enough to Murrells Inlet, where we scheduled a morning boat trip. The price was great and we would happily stay again.

Unfortunately this place did not meet our expectations. First thing upon arriving I noticed water leaking from AC. So that was an every day clean up but manageable. Second my 11 month old was crawling around while we got settled and in only 10 min or less he was covered in black from the floors on his knees, feet, legs. That told me how clean the place was before I noticed how bad it really was; mildew/mold in places, food under tables, dust you could pull off of some furniture including chairs, scum built up in the tub that there’s no excuse for other than they don’t really clean and rather do a quick turnover. Next we discover that the tv doesn’t work in the living room which sucked bc we wanted to be able to relax in the living room watching the ocean since our son has early bedtime and was in the other room. We tried to fix it to no avail. Finally and prob the biggest problem, the bed was sounded unbelievably terrible. I mean you’ve never heard anything like this! We HAD to use the Murphy bed bc it kept our son awake. The thing you do get here is the view and proximity to the ocean and resort amenities. Despite being disappointed in the condition of this condo, we did enjoy our time outdoors. It’s too bad bc it’s not a lot to fix and I notice a person before us reported similar problems. I booked this place in May and reviews were good. Also, I received an email (prob from a bot) to ask how it was going. I listed every issue and heard nothing back our entire trip.

Not as advertised. Internet was so slow the Ruku would loose network connection. One queen bed had such a bad frame every time you moved it would wake the kids. There was blood on the bathroom wall and the AC drain was backing up which made it leak back into the unit instead of outside.

I’d reserve this location again!

Nice property, good location, amazing view, property had a stale smell to it, but easily aired out. PARKING IS A MAJOR ISSUE! Only thing I didn’t quite understand or like about the rental, was she charges a “cleaning fee” but wants you take trash out of building, and clean what you used. Figured that would be included but, over all easy and great location!
