Wonderful Pebble Creek golf course setting - 2bdrm home

This well maintained home is perfectly situated along the 14th fairway in Pebble Creek active-adult (55+) community, and affords visitors to Goodyear a very comfortable home base.

One master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite with walk in shower. Second bedroom with queen bed is perfect size for guests. Four piece guest bath. Well equipped kitchen opens to the living room and dining area along with easy access to the back patio.

The back patio is sure to be a favorite spot for lounging, dining and relaxing in front of fire pit. Perfect sunrises and sunsets from this vantage point! Mornings can be spent on the front patio basking in southern sun while you enjoy that first cup of coffee!

House is equipped with an entertainment system and internet service is included during your stay. There is on-site laundry as well as a two-car garage. Golf Cart and bikes available for use.

Enjoy the amenities the Pebble Creek community has to offer - including pools, pickle ball, activity center and golf. Select community amenities are at an additional expense to your rental fee and will need to be arranged through Pebble Creek.

PLEASE NOTE: Rentals are generally based on occupancy from 1st of the month and check out final day of a month; between November and April there are no exceptions made to this. All rentals require a minimum 30 day rental per HOA rules and renters must be age 55 and older.

The home was perfect for our stay in Phoenix. We were there for a ‘working vacation’. Shopping close by, easy commute for us daily. Everything we needed was provided. We were very comfortable in our home away from home. We loved being on the golf course-watched the golfers in the morning and the rabbits in the evening. The community was very friendly too. We did have the opportunity to use the pools on the weekends. We would definitely stay again. Both the owners and property manager were quick to respond.

A hot AZ summer

We stayed July and August. Very hot time of year in AZ. No neighbors as a lot of snow birds all flown to cooler climes. Great wild life: coyote, rabbits, Road Runners. Very peaceful.

Great location on the golf course and amenities to include golf cart. Kudos to hosts who provided all the information we needed in the house manual. Although the yard is not fenced, the house was very dog friendly as there is ample opportunity to walk your dog in the neighborhood, in nearby city parks, or in the Maricopa County park system.

What a wonderful Month

This property is amazing. It offered everything we needed for the month .The location is perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped. And we loved the outdoor patio with the firepit. I don't think you can go wrong renting this home. The owners are amazing.

Wonderful place to land

Our stay in this Pebble Creek property was simply wonderful. Stephanie responded quickly to any correspondence, offering helpful suggestions and advice, while Eddie, the onsite manager, was attentive and accommodating. The house is well equipped for anything you might need, including a golf cart and pool floaties. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on the patio looking out over the 14th green. We had full access to the Pebble Creek facilities, and enjoyed the restaurant (try Chianti's for a special treat!), pool, gym, and golf courses. We highly recommend this property.

In 2019 we made the decision to purchase the home and while we are not able to use it as often as we'd like, we do make use of it throughout the year.
