All utilities and high-speed internet are included. Home also comes with bi-weekly housekeeping service. Every surface you seen in the pictures is brand new in 2025, including the tub!

Community offers 3 resort pools, plus large indoor lap pool, and a swim out smaller lap pool, 3 - 18 hole golf courses, high end soft ball field, 36 pickleball courts, several tennis courts, 2 gyms with state of the art equipment, dance/cardio studio, 2 restaurants and bars, bocce courts, basketball court, sauna and steam rooms, and plenty of community activities.

Property was clean and kitchen was very well stocked for utensils and pans. Location was near several grocery stores with easy access to the 303 and other activities/restaurants in the west valley. Host was very attentive to questions we had. We had a wonderful stay.
