The property was great! It was located close to amentities, but was quiet. The pool was a hit with our kids. We didn’t have dishwasher soap and the owner was responsive and came over to resupply right away. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Karen!

Great house, awesome pool, and quiet neighborhood. Karen was great as a host, even communicating with me at midnight when we were having issues with the door code. She also offered us a portable AC unit when the power was out for a period. This house was a great choice for our family!

The stay was very nice. The house was clean. Instructions were not given for check out but the host responded very quickly when needed.The washer and dryer was not available to us since we only stayed 4 nights so we were unable to wash pool towels and such during our stay. That was frustrating. Also a limit on the number of garbage bags was frustrating as well.The bed in the master bedroom was less than desirable but was a place to sleep. The beds in the other rooms seemed bigger and more comfortable than the master bedroom.Loved the pool. It was amazing, although the instructions to turn on the pump was not very easy to find.

Did not have any laundry detergent to start wash as directed. No ice or ice cube trays. Handle of dish washer brokenCouldn’t find garbage can to empty trash. Air conditioner make horribly loud noise at cycles end walking us up.

Sorry you had difficulty finding the trash bins located in the side yard as noted in the instructions on the coffee table. They truly are in plain site. The ice can be accessed from the fridge ice dispenser which i personally used today. We do not provide laundry detergent as the washer is for long term guests staying over a week as noted in the listing. I am sorry the AC woke you. I didn't hear any unusual noises and it's on the opposite side from the bedrooms (perhaps strange noises in a strange house) We've never had a complaint but will have it serviced for regular maintenance. Thank you for your feedback.

We found the location extremely convenient. The house had all of.the amenities we needed for our long weekend. It was spacious and comfortable I am always thrilled to see the simple things such as coffee filters and salt and pepper!
