Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Overnight parking is allowed in the driveway only. We provide 2 parking spaces. Per HOA there is no parking on the street between 12 midnight and 5am

We had a wonderful stay here! It was a beautiful and clean property. Karen communicated with us well and was very apologetic on a vrbo app issue that wasn’t even in her control. I would totally stay here again!

Nice memory making with grandsons visit!!

We really enjoyed ourselves and had a nice time. Loved the pool and had a blast with our grandson who is visiting from Oregon!! Cute place and good location. We'd stay there again!!

Great place!

We stayed for about 3 days and had a great time! It’s in a quiet area, close to lots of amenities. It was very clean, including the pool. Great AC for the Arizona heat.
