Ce chalet est un trois lits, deux salles de bain avec une véranda dans une communauté calme et basse densité. La colonie est adjacente à la réserve faunique nationale de Bon Secour. La plage est à quelques pas (0. 4 miles) mais vous pouvez louer une voiturette de golf auprès de locations à proximité si vous souhaitez en louer une pendant votre séjour. La marina, le quai pour bateaux, des restaurants, un petit marché d'objets oubliés et deux terrains de golf de compétition, Kiva Dunes et Peninusula, sont à proximité.

L'historique Fort Morgan, situé à seulement 8 km, vous permettra d'explorer l'histoire du fort, puis de prendre le ferry pour l'île Dauphin. Gulf Shores est à seulement 15 miles (24 km) où il existe une variété d’activités pour vous, votre famille et vos amis tels que restaurants, boutiques, mini golf, parcs aquatiques et d’attractions, musique live et bien d’autres choses encore.

À la colonie, vous êtes suffisamment éloigné de l'agitation pour apprécier la tranquillité de la région, tout en restant suffisamment proche pour profiter de toutes les attractions de Gulf Shores.

Perfect Get-a-way

Relaxing and comfortable, plenty of peace and quiet too. Very nice cottage and 90 second walk to the pool. 2 mins drive to beach. Highly recommend and owner is great.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

We loved staying here. The proximity to the beach was great. We could walk to the beautiful pool easily. There's a market nearby. The house is adorable and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Everything needed for a great stay was available. We loved it!

had a little trouble finding the property, but that was on me for not reading all of the information before we lost service and we figured it out in the end! we loved our stay in the "respite" house, being so close to the rest of my family in their big house. Thank you, Michelle for a lovely stay!

Wonderful Vacation Home!

We absolutely LOVED our time at Sandy Lane Cottage. Do not worry about the comments of distance to parking. It's like 40 steps. That's it. Owner was marvelous. Everything was in order as advertised. Great neighbors. We were very blessed to be at Sandy Lane. We will be back!

Nice place to stay

The Cottage is a nice place to stay while visiting Fort Morgan. The Cottage is clean and the beds were comfortable. Melissa was quick to answer questions. The only negatives I have are the parking space. We were there in the off season so it wasn't an issue but it may be in the peak season. And the cottage sits in the back which is nice for privacy but you may make several trips to the car to unload IF you are a over packer like me. I would stay here again if visiting Fort Morgan.

Great off beach community

The property was great for being off the beach and a cheaper option that still allows quick access to beach. The pool was very convenient and a good size. I can not speak on the public beach near by as we used our friends beach closer to Ft. Morgan. The house was clean and had most everything you could want and need for a vacation. The only draw back which wasn’t a huge deal is the parking situation is not the greatest. It is fairly far from the door which isn’t bad except for arrival and departure with packing everything to the car and when it’s pouring rain. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

We’ll be back!

Loved this house! In a quiet family friendly neighborhood. It was very well decorated and quiet. There was plenty of space for us all to have quiet time in the afternoon while the toddler napped. The pool was great for the kids with the zero entry. It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores/Orange beach so we could relax but close enough for us to drive in for dinner etc. The only thing that could be improved is the parking lot situation. It’s all gravel and not lined so some neighbors just parked wherever or used parking spots for golf carts.

The cottage is adorable.

Nice location not far from beach. Beds were comfortable. But if you stay there you need to pack spices, sugar, coffee all cooking supplies. No hand soap, dish soap and 2 dishwasher pods. We were left with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 1 week with 5 people. No extra trash bags or paper towels. We had to go and buy all this stuff which is usually provided. The stove/oven was dirty. Really nice washer/dryer which will come in handy because you get 2 towels for each bathroom. Had to wash them everyday to have enough for all 5 of us. The cottage was clean and bedrooms really nice. The area is adorable and very friendly neighbors.

Fort Morgan's best Beach cottage

Fort Morgan's best beach cottage Starts with communicating with the awesome property manager who made check in a breeze. Then a very clean property. The cottage really fitted our needs and we was able to celebrate our little ones birthday.

Perfection

There were 6 of us that stayed the first week of August. This place was PERFECT. It was close enough to the pool that the older 2 (both 18) could go with the younger 2 (14 and 11) while we made dinner. Having the convenience of a kitchen plus plenty of room for all of us was a huge plus. The beach was close, could’ve walked but it was just too hot (but I’m not complaining). The beach was gorgeous and wasn’t too crowded. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. It was exactly what I wanted it to be. Thank you, Michelle!!

Great Property!

This cottage was perfect for our needs! It was emasculate and had everything we needed. We Loved the screened porch that overlooked the trees and greenery. It is a short walk/drive to the beach. The only negative was the WiFi and cell service did not work well. But would love to stay again!
