Tervetuloa CASA CHAROan, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella Shell Beach -alueella. Valkoisen pikku-aidan takana loma alkaa. Valikoiva rannatunnelma alkaa, kun astut sisään olohuoneeseen, jossa voit nauttia suosikkiohjelmistasi vaipan yläpuolella olevassa suuressa älytelevisiossa tai vain rentoutua ja lukea kaasulämmitteisen takan edessä.

Talo on täynnä luonnonvaloa ja siinä on puulattiat ja laattalattiat kaikkialla. Siellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa queen-vuodetta ja isoja kaappeja, ja kaksi suurta kylpyhuonetta, joissa kaikki tarvitsemasi vierailustasi mukavan. Yksi kylpyhuoneista toimii pesulakeskuksena Bosch-pesukoneella ja -kuivaajalla avuksesi.

Hyvin varustetussa gourmet-keittiössä voit valmistaa illallisen ammattimaisella Wolf-uunilla ja nauttia siitä viihtyisässä ruokasalissa tai syödä ulkona terassilla kauniissa ja harvinaisessa suuressa yksityisessä takapihassa, jota ympäröi rehevä vehreys ja hiljaisuus. Voit halutessasi käyttää maakaasugrilliä tai taas kerran, miksi et syödä yhdessä monista naapuruston ravintoloista, useita kävelyetäisyydellä.

Paras on vielä saavuttaa, kun kävelet lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kulmasta ja päädyt "kauniin meren rannalle", näkymästä erinomaiselle rannikolle ja ottaen uskomattomia ilta-auringonlaskuja. Kävelemällä meren rannalla, voit pysähtyä ja istua yhden monista rantapenkeistä ja ottaa sen kaiken mukaan. Se on suosikki tapaamispaikka.

Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at the Esparto property. it was an easy and scenic walk to the end of the street where we saw the ocean, birds, and otters amongst the waves we met several neighbors who are all very friendly. It was overall, a good visit. We only gave it four stars because we think there might be something wrong with the stove burners. They seem to leak a lot of flame. Also, the back screen door was broken when we got to the property and was never fixed. This was not a problem or at least not a big one. Any other concerns were taken care of very quickly.

We had brought our fire stick in order to watch our programming only to find out there was no wat to access the back of the TV.The only programming available to us on their Roku was Netlix and Amazon.

31 Beautiful Days!

The location was 1/2 block plus a bit more to have a panoramic view of the Pacific. The Park area was great for walking plus benches to enjoy the views of the ocean,cormorants, pelicans, few surfers and kayakers. A Juice Bar, sandwich shop, coffee shop & a few other restaurants all within easy walking. The Cass was neat as a pin. Everything we needed was available. Appliances were top notch, beds comfortable, couches fine. The patio with grill, furniture and slatted roof created more options. Really can’t say anything negative! The cleaning crew was amazing as everything was impeccable. Hope to return.

By the time my stay was over I was so relaxed and rested after a hectic move. It's in a very safe neighborhood and walking distance to the cliff overlooking the ocean at the end of the street as well as great restaurants at the other end of the street. The sunsets from the cliff were nothing short of spectacular. I would definitely stay at this location in the future if the need ever arose.

We were quite impressed with the home in Shell Beach. We’ve stayed in several other locations on the Central Coast & this property was by far the best. The rental process was easy with good communication from the property management. The property is well staged with comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. The patio was especially welcomed and allowed us to spend time outdoors. It is also a great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and parks. We definitely would stay at this property again.
