King's Corner is beautifully appointed with amazing views throughout the unit. The unit sleeps 2 people comfortably with a futon that doubles as a bed (if you have a guest); has new furniture, including bed, linens and towels. The bathroom has been recently refurbished. If you're into outdoor sports (biking, hiking, surfing, strolling along the beaches), or prefer to seclude yourself in absolute privacy and comfort, the cottage is the place for you. There are amazing views.....even from the kitchen!

My wife and I have walked past this beautiful triplex for years wishing it'd go on the market.....one day, it did and we pounced. This home is amazing.

Why they chose this property
Many people claim their house is close to the beach, but this unit is literally 4 houses up from the most amazing views, community park and beach. The house has been painted, inside and out, has new furniture (bed, futon and other).....the house feels like new, but it retains the charm and character of the area.
What makes this property unique
Within walking distance (just up the street) are restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores and a kayak rental business. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and come back in the evenings to enjoy a cocktail while watching the most gorgeous sunsets you've ever seen. You can walk, hike, bike, swim, explore sea caves via kayak, fish or just sit in the sun. If you're looking for a place to relax, this is the place for you.
