The Carlsbad Lagoon View Getaway is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. This charming 2-story house is steps away from the water sports haven, known as The Carlsbad Lagoon. This Lagoon offers rentals and activities like: stand-up paddle boarding, motor boating, and kayaking, etc. This property comes equipped with 2 stand-up paddle boards that you can take to the Lagoon and drop into the water with a $10 Lagoon fee. The Carlsbad Lagoon View Getaway is truly special and the essence of its beauty lies within the structure. Every pebble was thoughtfully chosen and permanently placed in the kitchen's backsplash. All are collected by the hands of the owners from sandy beaches all over the world.

-2 Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPs) available with 2 full use passes to the Lagoons recreational space. A $10 fee is assessed per vessel to launch from the convenient Carlsbad Watersports Company, which is located a rocks throw from this home.
-Board games, playing cards, and books
-Central heat and AC units on the wall in the living room, master bedroom & 1st bedroom
-Smart TV in the living room & 1st bedroom with use of the Direct TV app
-Beach Gear- chairs, sand toys & beach towels

PARKING
-1 space in the garage and 1 space in the driveway. No street parking please.
- Parking in the driveway will incur a $50 fine and may result in towing at your expense, as it blocks access for residents living behind the property. Vehicles should be parked either in the dirt area next to the brick enclosure with the trash cans or inside the garage.

HOUSE RULES
-Max occupancy at all times: 7
-Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am
-NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, EVENTS, & NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPY THE HOME - Strictly enforced.
-This home IS PET FRIENDLY and allows 1 pet for the fee of $50 per night. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone unattended during your stay.
-There shall be no video, still photography, or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner.
- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

PLEASE NOTE!
-Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child-proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
-There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. The cameras are located outside the front door, outside the garage door and the backyard.
-Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
-Need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.
- The fireplace is to not be utilized.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.

Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:
If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
