Sunset Ridge es un lugar maravilloso para un campamento o retiro eclesial, una reunión familiar, una escapada corporativa o un retiro para jóvenes. Un hermoso y divertido lugar boscoso en más de 5 acres con piscina, jacuzzi y acceso al lago privado de 13 acres del propietario. Tenemos una gran sala de reuniones, ideal para alabar y adorar o para reuniones.
Maravillosas oportunidades de recreación al aire libre, a solo 2 millas de la entrada al área de administración de vida silvestre de Crockford-Pigeon Mountain, un excelente lugar para escalar, escalar o escalar rocas. Rock Town es un lugar de boulder popular y la cueva Petijohns es una aventura divertida.

Good space! Great property. The only weird thing was that one room is only accessible from an exterior door, but it was all nice! The gathering space/game room was great!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Ridge, lots of room, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and the pool was amazing. Chuck and Melissa were great hosts.

Decent VRBO Rental - Columbia

I don't write many reviews, but felt this might be helpful for a future guest. I was fine with the stay, and it was cheaper than area hotels and such. There were some quirks I wish had been taken care of, however.The listing shows this property pin as beside the golf course (at least it did at the time of my booking). The actual address is toward the middle of town, close to Kroger. This was a little misleading up until the day of our trip.It was myself along with two colleagues that stayed in town for a conference: aka - none of our wives were with us. The property wasn't as clean as I imagine our wives would have been content with (bathrooms, beds, etc). The beds were missing some sheets as well as we only received towels and not wash cloths for hygiene purposes.There were other odds and ends that were slightly off, but overall we made due with what we brought with us/a dollar general run which we would have made anyway. I would more than likely stay there again, should I not find another option better in the community.

Annual retreat

We’re a group of 15-18 women who come stay every February for a long weekend of yoga. Chuck and Melissa go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. This was our 4th year at Sunset Ridge and we plan on many more!

The best youth retreat spot

We returned for the 4th year in a row with a church group of teenagers. So many beds, plenty of outdoor space, indoor common areas for games and meetings.

Lovely softball weekend

We had 22 teens and adults stay here. We had a lovely time. All of our meals were able to be cooked, they had a slow cooker and blackstone. It was clean, easy to leave for when we checked out, and we had a slight inconvenience with septic, but they came over and took care of it right away. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing getaway for groups

Sunset Ridge is a beautiful, quiet place to have a church youth retreat. This is our second time here - the first time was in the winter. This year we wanted to be able to swim and kayak so we scheduled it for summer time. We had a great time! Perfect fit for our group!

Sunset Ridge new driveway

Great place for family gatherings, plenty of beds ,bedrooms , bathrooms, gathering rooms . The host are great, and we were surprised to find the driveway is now cement in the lower step grade area .

This is the third time that we have rented this property for our ladies retreat, and all three times it has been a wonderful experience. The property owners could not be nicer people and the home and amenities are top-notch!

Great place to stay with a large group

We have a large group in town for a family wedding. We were all able to stay in this one property. We had one guest in a wheelchair. It was manageable, but not convenient, several stairs to maneuver. The driveway was recently partially paved. The switchback driveway should be mentioned in the advertisement. We had plans to taking a bus from the property to the wedding, which wasn’t possible with this driveway, minor change of plans, but again if the driveway situation was in the advertisement, we could have planned accordingly. Great host interaction, came by to check on us. All in all, for another large group event in the area, we would use this property again.

Great Retreat Space

This is our second time staying here. It is the perfect place for our guys youth retreat. Plenty of room and beds. The kitchen and eating space is big enough for everyone. The teens love the hang out space and games that are available. We loved it!

Great winter retreat

This location was perfect for our church's annual youth retreat. Plenty of beds, room around the dining tables, seating for everyone for group activities, and room to spread out and play games. Ideal for a youth retreat! The kitchen was roomy with 2 full size fridges so we had plenty of room for food storage, prep, and serving. It was in a quiet and peaceful setting. We hope to come back next year!

Great for kids

Kids had great areas both inside and outside to play and hang out and sleep. Great dining area. 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, 2 coffee pots and lots of utensils and dishware were appreciated. A little lacking in cookware. Adults would have enjoyed a couch and more seating area by the fireplace and kitchen. Downstairs couch needs replaced. Lots of towels and blankets available. Hosts were accessible and helpful. Wood and concrete floors. One bedroom is only accessible from outside if you like privacy. Lots of natural venues closeby. 15 mins from grocery store. Had a great time and would do it again.

An Amazing Place!

We were so happy at the size of this home. We are a big family!! We had plenty of room and there were lots of activities to keep everyone engaged and talking! The kids loved the outside swings, pool and especially the hot tub!! We are looking forward to booking again! The owners were just the nicest folks!! Thanks again for sharing your home!!!

family at the 4th

Beautiful area, fun for hiking. Only worries were the wasps. Alot of nests and several people got bit. Bug spray present so we used it to kill some nests. Poole was wonderful. Hot tube was not working adequately. got quite cloudy but we did not report it. I am sure they would have been right down. Hosts were very attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful time in home, was very adequate for all our needs.. Game room was a winner. Thanks for hosting us.

We bought Sunset Ridge in 2018 and have renovated it to accommodate groups. It is in a beautiful location, next to Pigeon Mountain Crossing, our larger Retreat.The two combined can host groups with up to 120 guests so it was a perfect addition.
