Newly Updated, Spacious 2 Bedroom + Bunk Room Condo with new modern kitchen

Welcome! We are new owners of a peaceful and comfortable condo located in Fraser, Colorado. We are just 10 minutes from Winter Park Resort and the free bus route stops right at the end our our parking lot. The condo is conveniently located minutes from the Fraser tubing hills, movie theater/bowling alley, Fraser recreation center, hiking and biking trails, YMCA of the Rockies, and just up the hill from the Safeway/Starbucks. There are several golf courses nearby and Ski Granby Ranch which is perfect for new skiers/boarders and young families.
Our complex has just 27 units in a very quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees and nestled away from the train tracks. Our unit has recently been updated with a new kitchen, fireplace and upstairs powder room, new lighting and has a cozy mountain modern theme throughout. The kitchen appliances have recently been replaced and the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and beach towels for your use in the hot tub, amenities area. Bedding and towels have also been refreshed, so you can enjoy all the comforts of home. Due to Covid 19, the hot tub and amenities area are limited to your group only.
All bedrooms are on the lower level and so the upstairs kitchen, living room, deck and eating area are ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Check out our view of Byers Peak!
Dogs are welcome, if mentioned prior to booking, and then approved by owner for your stay. Occupancy may not exceed 7 guests (excluding the pets).
Minimum age for rental is 25.

Kitchen well equipped with cooking essentials including pots, pants Tupperware, spices, condiments. Beds were comfortable with plenty of warm blankets. Jacuzzi was a hit as well with of jacuzzi towels. Only downside was you can hear every footstep upstairs in the living room and kitchen from the bedrooms (all downstairs).

Fabulous Winter Park getaway

Lovely spot for a ski week at Winter Park. The place is clean, the kitchen is well-stocked, there are lots of games and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for a ski weekend

A group of friends and I had the best time at this cozy cabin. It had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable! Love how close it was to Safeway for groceries. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo set in the mountains. It had everything that we needed. Close to nice hiking trails and a park for kids. Rode the gondola in Winter Park for a great view.

Great Winter Getaway

3 adult friends had a great time here. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. The third bed is cleverly tucked into an alcove. Easy access to trail rides and cross country skiing /snowshoeing at YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch. A big Safeway is very close.

Great Fraser Spot

Our stay at the condo was great. It snowed a lot while we were there and the condo unit was kept very clear (parking lot and sidewalks). JR was also very easy to communicate with. The place was clean and exactly as described, would stay again!

Cozy Updated Condo.

Very clean and comfortable condo. It has everything you may need and in great condition. Bonus: very convenient,1-2 minute walk to the "Lift", local bus pickup/drop-off to take you to the mountain; every 30 minutes. We would stay here again.

Condo was exactly as listed, clean, well stocked, owner responded quickly when we had a question. Had to leave a day early due to sick kid and owner refunded one day. Definitely will stay here again!

Winter holiday

Very Wonderful Place To Stay

We stayed at this townhouse as our base for our adventures to the Rocky Mountain National Park and other local attractions. Loved the "retro outer space" bath tubs with the jets and the beds were very comfortable. Love that there were 2 recliners in the living room. Also, so nice that they allow a pet. A very well equipped townhouse exceeding our expectations. Overall a 5 star rating.

Perfect Mountain Get Away

We had a great ski weekend. The condo was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. We just wish we could have stayed longer. It was just a short walk to the street to catch the Lift bus to Winter Park and the ski slopes. The condo is also close to the Fraser snow tubing hill. We ate at a great pizza place nearby called Elevation Pizza during our stay. Very yummy!

Xmas getaway

This condo exceeded expectations. It is even better than the pictures. Comfortable, spacious with many personal touches by the owner. Kitchen very well equipped. Many extras. Modern updated bathrooms. Owners responded promptly to any questions. Highly recommend. A lovely, relaxing Xmas experience right down to the tasteful decorations provided by the owner.

Superb relaxing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and very nicely decorated with beautiful furnishings, it really felt like a home. It was wonderful to be so comfortable after having been traveling for an extended period of time. We eat our meals in and very much appreciated being able to cook and dine comfortably. Dining easily seats 6 and additional seating is available at the snack bar. Our hosts provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival and we were fortunate to be able to meet them as well. They are absolutely wonderfully accommodating people and we appreciate their hospitality. :) We skied for 7 days and used the hot tub a few times which was wonderful! Parking was convenient and it is an easy drive to shopping and skiing. We hated to leave and would definitely like to stay here again.
