Beautiful and Serene Maui Kamaole Condo I-209

This ocean view, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located near the front of Maui Kamaole and is located up one flight of stairs on the second level. Inside you will notice it is designed in the style of a townhouse with the master bedroom on the main floor and a second bedroom and bath upstairs. The tastefully decorated living and dining rooms are adjacent to the open kitchen. The area feels spacious with the room extending out onto the lanai through the double sliding doors. The vaulted and beamed ceiling adds to the openness. The kitchen, with its new appliances, is fully equipped for all your cooking and serving needs. On the main floor you will find a large bedroom and adjacent bath with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The room is furnished with a California King bed and offers a private, sunny lanai amongst the palm trees. As you walk from this bedroom down the hallway the crystal blue ocean draws you into the living area. There you will find a 60" Smart TV and stereo, and wireless modem for your computer.

The upstairs bedroom overlooks the room below, but can be closed off for privacy. The spacious room features two queen beds, an atrium, and a private bath with a shower. Both bedrooms are attractively appointed with fine linens, bedside tables and lamps, dressers, mirrors, and television. To make your stay at Maui Kamaole special, we have included all the conveniences of home, plus many extras. Our bright and cheery home is decorated with unique Hawaiian touches. The temperature in the condo is very comfortable due to the gentle breezes and good cross ventilation. If you prefer it cooler, each room has a ceiling fan and air conditioner. We also have a large awning to provide shade while on the lanai. There are additional televisions in each bedroom. The sectional couch in the living room can be made into a queen bed. A stackable washer/dryer, games, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a play and pack are at your disposal.

Amazing Time

This was an immaculately clean property. The layout was perfect for myself and my niece and nephews. They loved the upstairs loft area and admired the beautiful artwork throughout the condo. Amazing ocean and garden view in a quiet setting easily accessible to local shops and beautiful beaches. We truly felt like it was a home away from home.

Beautiful condo, wonderful location

We stayed for two weeks with our adult children and their partners, and would gladly stay at this condo again. Because we had three couples, we gave each of the other couples a bedroom and we slept on the pull-out couch. It was comfortable and we slept well there. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we cooked most of our meals there. There were boogie boards, beach chairs, and towels, and the beach (Kamaole III) was within easy walking distance. We even played tennis at the condo's courts using the four rackets in the closet. The whole condo complex is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. Our stay there was wonderful!

Fabulous fun for Family!

We stayed for ten relaxing days. Everything was better that we expected! The location was a short 10 minute stroll down to Kam III beach through the lovely condo grounds, perfect for early morning walks and sunsets. We loved the waterfalls pool with the secluded hot tub. Our two little granddaughters LOVED walking there looking for the geckos along the way and LOVED THE POOL & hot tub. It was always clean and quiet. We went to the pool and a nearby beach every day! The condo was well laid out and well socked with everything! We enjoyed the lanai with the overhanging shade that kept it always a perfect temperature. We prepared and ate almost all of our meal in your condo and appreciated the high end appliances, pans, knives, and utensils. Your kitchen was well stocked with every we needed! By taking out all our garbage and keeping your condo clean, we had no bugs or the tiny ants we had at other condos in Hawaii! The grounds were immaculately groomed and perfect for photos everywhere! We appreciated the internet, books, games, and many beach supplies (chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach toys, bogie boards, and more). We will definitely stay here the next time we vacation in Mauii and highly recommend your condo.

Beautiful Property, Great Location, Very Organized Host

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Maui Kamaole property in Kihei, Maui, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked, the host proved to be incredibly organized and attentive, providing me with detailed information about the property in advance. This level of communication gave me peace of mind and allowed me to plan my stay accordingly. Upon arriving at the property, I was immediately impressed by its cleanliness and spaciousness. The pictures online truly do not do justice to how large and well-appointed the rooms and living spaces are. It was such a pleasant surprise to have ample room to relax and unwind after my day. The location of the property couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated near the beach, allowing me to easily access the stunning shoreline and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide variety of dining options. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the property itself was tucked away in a quiet spot, providing a peaceful and serene environment. Leaving this quiet and beautiful gem was bittersweet for me. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay, and I'm already longing to return in the future. If you're looking for a fantastic vacation rental in Kihei, Maui, I highly recommend this property. It truly offers a beautiful space, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

Tim's condo was a perfect spot for our Maui vacation. So clean and cozy and we had the most amazing sunset views every night from the lanai. Property is gorgeous and close to so much the island has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again.

I love this part of Maui. A couple of great beaches within easy walking distance. We bought all our groceries at Costco and cooked in. Wonderful kitchen and dining. Where’s my calendar? I’m all ready to book it again! Trip to molokini was fantastic. Snorkeling at ahi ahi was great as well. Sunset at Haleakala was the best. Don’t leave early! Stars were fantastic as well.

Great condo in Kihei

My daughters and I stayed at this lovely condo in Kihei. This was our first trip to Maui, and out first time with VRBO. The experience was excellent. The condo is across from the beach, which was sandy and great for families. There is a view of the ocean from the lanai. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The complexes also had two pools. The condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is very roomy. Everything you could think of needing is there ( ie beach towels, coolers, ice packs). There is a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. There is a safe in the bedroom which is a nice item to have. Working with Tim was very easy. If I had any questions, he got back with me promptly. Highly recommend this property.

We are a family of 5. And this condo had everything we could possibly need. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was only a short walk to the beach where we saw lots of turtles. The pools were great. There were shops and restaurants just down the road. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic family friendly condo in the scenic Maui Kamaole!

Our stay in this condo was perfect for our family of five. The space and décor were tasteful and representative of the Hawaiian island, and afforded all the comforts of home. The brand new kitchen made it enjoyable to eat in. The rooms were nicely decorated, and everything was very clean. Our three girls really enjoyed their loft space all to themselves. I really appreciated the amount of detail that went into the instructions. There were helpful labels throughout the space, with instructions from who to contact in case of an emergency, where to find supplies in the kitchen, and even how to effectively run the laundry. The attention to detail was very appreciated. I recommend this condo to families staying in Maui. Location is close to Kamaole Beach II and III, restaurants, grocery shopping, and more. The two pools within the complex were a fantastic way to relax in the afternoons.

We have enjoyed vacationing in Maui for many years. In 2003 we decided to look into purchasing a condominium. After exploring the entire island we decided upon the Kihei/Wailea area. The deciding factors were the great beaches and the wonderful and consistent weather. The Maui Kamaole property fit our needs and this particular condo attracted us because of it's size, ocean views and the fact that we can easily fit two queen beds in the upstairs bedroom.

Why they chose this property

We love the location of Maui Kamaole. It is close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, the Shops of Wailea and the weather is the best on the island.

What makes this property unique

Great location for starting your excursions on the island. Walking distance to stores and restaurants and best of all the beaches. A boat harbor is across the street from Maui Kamaole and many boat activities launch from here. These include scuba diving, fishing, whale watching, and snorkeling trips.
