The adjacent dining table is counter-height and seats six more for a total of nine comfortable dining seats. The living room features a stone gas log fireplace and an HD Smart TV with designer sofas. A half bathroom on the main level has a granite vanity. You will find another prime gathering space on the large covered rear deck. The lounge area on the deck features a sectional sofa and armchair surrounding a tall coffee/dining table, all situated under a scissor-truss vaulted overhead roof with tongue-and-groove ceilings. Grill out on the stainless gas grill and gas griddle.

The main level has a generous master bedroom suite with wood floors, tongue-and-groove cathedral ceilings, and a sliding glass door leading to the rear deck and expansive view.
