Newly renovated and fully furnished 2BR/2BA or 3BR/3BA condo in the True-Blue neighborhood. We offer the third bedroom option for the same price as the two bedroom. This second-floor unit boasts tons of natural light with an open concept living space. Enjoy the outdoor seating on the screened porch that overlooks the 17th hole of the True-Blue golf course with a picturesque pond, as well.

The owners have made numerous improvements including a brand-new kitchen with new white shaker cabinets, new quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, stove and microwave. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker, as well as, a traditional coffee maker. You will find plenty to prepare most any meal with all brand new cookware, utensils, plates, drinkware and flatware, toaster, blinder, crockpot, etc. There is plenty of ice for your beverages with an ice maker in the LG refrigerator.

All three bedrooms have brand new beds & TV’s with included cable and streaming apps. The primary has a king bed & full bath, a second primary bedroom also has a king bed with ensuite full bath and a sitting area, and the middle bedroom has two twin beds with access to the third full bath. There is high speed internet to enjoy your favorite streaming platforms, including wi-fi access throughout the unit.

There is plenty of COMFORTABLE seating in the living room, perfect to come back and relax after a full beach day!

The dining area can accommodate 6 at the dining room table. There is also a bar top, which has 3 counter stools to be used as an additional dining area.

There are multiple pools in the True Blue community with one just a few steps from our front door.

Our unit is decorated with bright accents and crisp white furniture, that are tasteful and functional.

This is a 2nd floor unit, perfect for families to avoid any overhead noise.

Golfers, families, girls getaway weekends are all welcome!
Super Snowbird location as well!

Very nice property and convenient to our needs. Issue at check in was promptly handled without any challenge. Unit worked well for five adults and one child. Well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Nice view of pond and golf course. Even some alligators! Entry stairs need some work. One bathroom water closet is very hard to access. Living area sofas need some help. Overall a really nice unit and would come back.

We had an enjoyable time at our condo. Stacey was easy to work with and responded promptly to my questions. Waiting to Friday before check-in on Monday wasn’t soon enough for us. My friends had questions that I couldn’t answer prior to that, but Stacey did a great job of answering my concerns ahead of time. We did have one wet bath towel left behind a bathroom door from a previous guest that housekeeping left. Housekeeping list and Stacey’s list didn’t match up as to where to leave our used linens when left. We all put in tub instead of by washer. Also, I suggested a laminated property map would have been helpful to first time guests to such a large property. Even though we arrived in 2 cars, none of us saw any of the pools driving in. They aren’t marked, and we were all looking for street names and condo numbers and none of us saw any of the pools on the opposite side of street from the condo buildings. Big property to navigate the first time, without any directions.

Very nice

my friend from high school lived in Georgetown, her another friend of mine and our spouses stayed there. We all loved the porch, seen an alligator which was awesome! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. i would definitely stay there again!

Everything We Needed

This was a great place for our family “girl’s getaway” with my mom, sister, and my daughters. The condo had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed when we cooked and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location was wonderful for all the things we had planned (Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach).

Home away from home

My family has been staying at True Blue in Pawley’s Island for vacation for about 20 years. The owner of our condo, Stacey, was accommodating and easy to reach if we needed any questions answered. We stayed in her 3 bedroom rental which was spacious, clean and modern. We highly recommend this condo for anyone that wants to stay in Pawley’s Island.

We enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was easily accessible and had all the basics we could have needed. Loved sitting on the screened in porch in the morning, great view and quiet place. We had great communication from our host and were well taken care of!

Nice condo

This condo at True Blue is on the end of the building where it is the top floor with vaulted ceilings but up only one flight of stairs. The screened porch was our morning place with a nice pond view. I liked the coastal animal art. We had a small hitch with the clothes dryer, but the owner responded immediately and it got fixed. Would stay again. 5 stars.

You can end your day of golf, beachcombing, shopping, or sightseeing on the screened balcony overlooking the pond and golf course. There is a large smart TV in the living area and TVs in all bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, and the initial set of all linens and towels provided. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious plush top king size bed, private full bath and walk in closet with private access to the balcony. A second bedroom has 2 new twin beds and a Smart TV.
