Quiet 3 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Springs Beach House
This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom is available beginning mid-July through the end of 2023. Based on local regulations a two week minimum is required.
Located just off of 3 Mile Harbor the house is less than 10 minutes drive to Amagansett and East Hampton town.
The main floor has a queen guest bedroom, home office, and full bathroom. The kitchen features new cabinetry, new appliances, and beautiful cararra marble countertops.
Iconic vintage furniture pieces by Eames, Hans Wegner, Saarinen mix thoughtfully with the traditionally designed home. A 1958 Grundig Majestic stereo is paired with a modern turntable to produce a beautiful analogue sound. Choose from an eclectic selection of vinyl to create the right ambiance during your stay.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a king bed and en suite bathroom. A second room upstairs is currently set up as a lounge/screening room with its own bathroom.
The finished basement has an additional queen bed with sliding doors that walk out to the backyard and pool. The basement level also has a wide selection of weights, yoga mats and blocks, and other fitness equipment. A washer/dryer and full bathroom complete the finished basement.
The outdoor area includes a gas grill, 4 poolside loungers, a four-person dining table, and a lounge area with a fire pit.
Currently the garage is being used for the owners storage.
