Welcome to your East Hampton mid-century modern retreat, designed by acclaimed Tech Built architect Carl Koch. This stylish beach house features updated decks, chic furnishings, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces. A short private path leads you to a serene beach, where dramatic sunsets paint the sky each evening.

Unwind by the stunning gunite pool with its natural finish, or relax on teak outdoor furniture that perfectly complements the setting. Inside, you’ll enjoy an updated sound and entertainment system, high-speed 300 Mbps internet, and all the comforts needed for a seamless stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the Lion Head Beach Association’s private beach and harbor. For long-term rentals, there is also an option to rent a boat slip.

This is truly a chic and memorable summer rental experience!

Wonderful family getaway

The house had something for everyone - pool for our granddaughter, beach at sunset for the adults, great accessibility to all the Hamptons has to offer, and the beautiful deck for family time every evening. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful Getaway

We absolutely love this home! We’ve spent a week here over the last two Septembers - the home and pool are beautiful and well designed, and the home is a short walk from a nice beach on the bay. It’s been an amazing stay for us, and we will definitely be booking again!

Great Hamptons Getaway!

My sisters and I had a lovely stay , clean and serene. Loved being so close to the water. Rick is a gracious host. Highly recommend and would love to come back in the summer.

Beautiful House in the Springs

The house was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need! The pool was beautiful, grill was great, and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony and use the living room space. The home is a bit more remote (about 15 mins from East Hampton town) but the private beach access was fabulous and the quiet neighborhood was appreciated. The downstairs bedroom is a bit tricky to access easily with the tiny staircase, but the space in the master is laid out very nicely and the bed is comfortable. Overall a nice stay in the Hamptons!

What a beautiful home!

We just had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Everything was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and stocked, and the setting was peaceful and serene. We hope to visit again in the future.
