Enjoy a weekend (or longer stay) away where everything you need is in walking distance. Start your mornings with a 2 block walk for coffee and pastries, or breakfast on the porch or deck, then wander through Eastport and Downtown Annapolis while you enjoy seasonal weather (there is always something going on), and end your day by going out to eat, or grilling on the back deck overlooking a beautiful garden and patio space at your getaway 'home'. Enjoy coffee (which is provided) or cocktails on the front porch and watch the folks and their pets stroll by!

Great experience and lovely property. Host was very responsive to questions and requests (he dropped off a clothes steamer for me!).The kitchen has been remodeled (we didn't cook but it would have been so easy - everything modern). So many great restaurants and coffee shops within blocks of the house. Neighborhood was quiet and quaint. I felt like a local!Parking was easy; we walked everywhere; slept great too! Will stay here next time we visit our son at USNA (great location for that as well).

Wonderful 10-day stay at this Eastport cottage. We had a very enjoyable experience being close to restaurants and activities and downtown Annapolis, as well as walking around the Eastport neighborhood and playing in nearby playgrounds. The house is in great condition and has everything we needed. Would definitely return to this cottage on my next trip to the area.

Great place for an Annapolis weekend

Love the Eastport neighborhood. The house is close to local restaurants and a short walk across Spa Creek to the City dock.

Perfect Location

Mark's place was the perfect location for our week in Annapolis! Walking distance to everything we love in Annapolis- great restaurants, downtown, and the Naval Academy. So great having a place to park too ;)

Great Property and Location

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here in Annapolis. The property is PERFECTLY situated for exploring the area and the local community is friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening amd talking to those walking by. The home is walking distance to nearly everything!
