This was our second stay here after spending about 10 days in March, and we were happy to return. It’s a great home base for enjoying Kauai, and Steve and Tina are wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with. We’re already looking forward to another visit! Oh, and quite walkable to the market, live music and great restaurants.

Perfect base to explore Kauai. The condo is beautifully decorated and very generously equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable beach stay, including beach equipment. Everything is well organized and labeled, with instructions as appropriate. The lanai overlooks Wailau Bay and the beach with the mountains in the distance. The central location in Wailau makes it easy to travel to the south and north of Kauai. Plenty of local shopping and dining options, from food trucks to fine dining. Hosts are very responsive to questions and provided extensive information about Kauai in advance to help plan our stay. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return someday.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a great location to call homebase as you explore the island. The place is clean with plenty of amenities, and wow what a view to see each day.

This condo was perfect, amazing views, close to good places to eat and fully equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the farmers market on Tuesday & Thursday at Coconut Market Place. We plan on returning & hopefully stay here for longer.

Great vacation rental

This was a fantastic place to rent! Very clean & had everything's you could need for the stay. Loved that there were lots of snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas, and basically everything else you could need for a beach trip! I loved sitting on the deck listening to the ocean and the location was great as it was easy to get to the north and south side of the island.

Excellent stay!

This condo is in a great location with easy access to both the South and North of the island. The room was great and had everything you need for enjoying not only time at the beach, but also relaxing in the room. Amazing view from the condo that can't be beat!

Great place! The condo was very clean and welcoming. Terrific ocean view with the sound of the waves. The interior and deck were excellent and the unit was well stocked. You could hear a bit of traffic noise when outside, but that was expected based on the location. No other negatives. I didn't have any interaction with the host because everything was perfect. Thank you!

Lovely vacation

The condo was a perfect place for 2 to enjoy Kauai. We were able to prepare meals, swim in the pool, utilize the extras (beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment) and explore the island, always having the lovely views from the lanai to return to each day!

Beautiful View

The perfect condo we needed to relax in Kauai on vacation. Going to sleep listening to the waves breaking on the beach was perfect. Very easy check in and always easy parking on site.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and quiet. The view from the lanai was beautiful. Everything was exactly as described. A/C and washing machine and dryer were truly appreciated. We walked to dinner several nights. The pool was very clean. Parking was always available. We highly recommend this property.
