The kitchen is bright and cheerful, and there is plenty of seating for meals with the large dining table, breakfast bar, and lanai table.

The bed sizes are one king and one queen. The primary suite has a beautiful walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door that opens onto the screened lanai. The gorgeous en suite has his and her basins with a large tiled shower.

All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
