The perfect place for two! Clean and all the amenities provided, pool right downstairs a the beach a two minute walk a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely come again!

We had a perfect anniversary getaway here! The price and having easy walking access to the beach was unbeatable. We were a little surprised to discover the main entry to the condo enters into the bedroom, but we didn't have too bad of issues with noise from the hallway or pool. Overall, hope to return again!!!

all amenities that were listed were spot on! This condo had an excellent location to the beach and even had a ocean view. The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. walking distance to shopping and restaurants. would definitely book again! Host was great.

We had an amazing stay. The property was exactly as described. All amenities were nice. It’s only a dollar to use the washer and dryers. Host was great. And walkable to Coligny Plaza and beach.

Everything you need for a nice beach get away with a super host. The well equipped condo will not disappoint. Right on the beach, close to Coligny and Sea Pines.

Great hosts! Wonderful location; we could walk anywhere. Cutest sea creature cookies when we checked in! Hosts checked in on us via message to make sure everything was going well. Comfortable bed. Great coffee maker. Beautiful balcony for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

this rental is very nice and conveniently close to Sea Pines and Colnigly Circle. A biking path was just across the street that took you wherever you wanted to walk or bike. The host was very Communicative. He Readily responded to questions. The unit was very close to the beach and had a walkway there. Do not count on this unit providing a beach view whatsoever. It overlooked the parking lot and you could see a slice of the beach if you looked closely. But call it a beach “view“ I would not. However, I definitely would rent this unit again because of its proximity to everything and the cleanliness of it.

The condo was very nice. You can sort of see the ocean from the deck on a clear day. Two things that would enhance the stay would be to replace the couch (the couch was a little squeaky when you sit on it) and if they could replace the beach chairs that are in the over head storage on the deck. (The beach chairs were a little rusty so we didn’t use them.)Kendal was very kind and very responsive. The condo is decorated pretty and conveniently located. We will definitely be back! This place is a gem and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful visit!

So glad you enjoyed! But I wish you would have told me about the beach chairs while you are there and I would have replaced for you. They "live" in the ocean air and salt water so they get rusty quickly. I have the sofa scheduled to get the cushions replaced so you will have to come back and check out :) thanks so much
