You found a wonderful condo!! This has such a great view, comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach equipment! The condo is a 1 bedroom with open concept. It has been updated with very high end finishes and is extremely clean! Repainted in 2026! It has everything you need for your stay! Just bring some beach towels and some groceries and you are set! The condo complex is ocean front and you are only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The complex offers a wonderful private pool area, an elevator, luggage carts, a beautiful cook out area with grills and tables! Every floor has it's own coin operated laundry for your use. You just can't go wrong with the condo or the complex! Is close to everything in Coligny, the beach, bike paths, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and the near Celebration Park! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 071648

Loved the view of the ocean from patio! Enjoyed coffee sitting there in the mornings. Ample parking, easy walkable access to beach. We even rented the umbrella and chairs at beach so we only needed our towels and sunscreen. Hilton head area is lovely and one of our favorites!

Cozy well-laid-out unit with just what we needed for our two-night Hilton Head stay. Beach view from our balcony (great for hanging out, breakfasts and dinners), kitchen with necessities we needed, short walk to the beach, great local ride on the cruiser bikes, short car drive to shopping and lighthouse/marina views in Sea Pines.

In town for a memorial. So easy to get around the area. Went to “The Bank”, fun place to order food & drink, catch up with cousins. Enjoyed staying in this condo while exploring the Hilton Head area! The condo was very clean, well stocked, and easily accessible with the elevator and luggage carts! The unit was perfect for us. It was very clean and quiet and provided everything we needed. There is a nice little balcony to sit outside and enjoy the weather — you can see the ocean from there as well. It was a short and easy walk to the beach. A perfect location. Condo is in a great location on HHI. Perfect size for a couple, exactly as described and pictured. View from balcony makes a great place for morning coffee listening to the ocean.
