POOL IS CLOSED 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. Building is being painted so there is some noise and construction.

Only 1 parking space is guaranteed. Additional parking on the street.

New kitchen in 2020, bedrooms redecorated in 2016. Master br has walk in shower.

Holiday weeks have premium pricing, regular and peak weeks are 7 nights pool, or take a stroll on the beautiful beach. Great location close to golf courses, shopping, and many great restaurants. Half hour from Clearwater airport. 2br, 2 bath, sleeps 6, direct frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Brand new fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Master br has a king bed, 2nd br has 2 doubles. 2 full baths. Free Wifi included. 7 night minimum, during peak season saturday to saturday. only. Last minute discounts, inquire for price.

this condo was excellent, yes there is construction and limited use of the pool, but this was small issue for me, the unit was FULLY stocked, basically just needed to purchase food. I hope that this will be available next year. This for me was a great vacation. Thank you Ron.

The beach view was amazing every morning and evening. It was super nice to be able to just go down to the beach when we wanted. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week long stay we booked. Everything worked as expected and the local restaurants were great.

This was a perfect place to stay for a week on the beach. The view was amazing and it’s right there on the beach which is what we love when we do a girls vacation. The check in was easy and the host is very quick at responding. Highly recommend!
